day 18: A little more over a week to go, but I'm already feeling like I can "grill bears" here.... :D (get it...?! ... okay, maybe a bit farfetched). In my adventerous (= bored-out-of-my-mind) mood I went looking for litterally anything at all to occupy my day. Mostly like your average day off from work, where you know you could better your life by learning a new skill or better yourself with some other kind of training and advance in every aspect of your life, BUT... instead you pretty much do anything and everything else, and as a result stay in the exact same social and financial position, as if we are sheep being bossed around by our inner Babe pig, who just happens to know the right words to whisper to your brain to break our fighting spirit...That freaking swine... I'm sure that movie actually has a subtle Nazi propaganda at it's core. But oh so happy days! For I had found adventure! here is my report - Professor D. O. Dorus Pool, adventure log. I have come across an ancient stone structure that has been buried deep beneath the earth over the course of time. Judging by the markings, it must have been millenia. The few metal parts suggests that of Masopothamian origin, roughly 3100 years ago. It also is a sign of mechanical application, mostly to open doors or activate traps. I should be ever so careful. Such structures usually also were part of the elite reign, due to the expenses that it would cost to build them. Temples or houses didn't need mechanics, for the outer gates were usually open to the public. So this structure must have been built either to keep unwanted people out, or....to keep something in... As I continue to pry off the rust, I keep thinking about how hot the modern tomb raider is, and the horrible death scenes they put her in, and start to wonder if I am not being slowely made into a sadistic sociopathic rapist for being a fan, having my deep child-rooted desires for her being mixed with gory death scenes that would rival the ones from Final Destination.... Tehtiin taannoin _maijaa_ kanssa pakaratreeniä triplasarjoilla fressisyke. Aloitettiin sumo tyyppisestä maastavedosta toistoilla 6-8. Jatkettiin samalla painolla hip thrust liikkeellä toistoilla 11-13. Triplasarjan kolmas liike voi olla esimerkiksi askelkyykkykävely pitkällä askeleella ja pakara painotuksella. Maija muistaa ikuisesti, kun olen joskus kolme vuotta sitten sanonut hänelle "sun kankku toimii laiskasti", johon Maija totesi "ei toimi kauaa". Siihen aikaan Maijan oli vaikea saada takaketjun treeniä pakaroille ja reiden takaosille, sen sijaan alaselkä väsyi ja kipeytyi helposti. Enää Maijalla ei ole laiskaa kankkua! 200kg Deadlift X 15 I’m a glutton for punishment when it comes to lifting.. I initially planned to have a lighter lifting day on Friday, so of course I set myself the task of hitting a 200kg Deadlift for 20 reps! 😆 | My entire posterior chain was jacked AF after about 8 reps so getting to 15 looked like a much more realistic goal mid-set! Despite the last few reps still moving quite quickly they were anything but easy! I may give it a couple of weeks before I have another attempt at 20 reps.. my CNS was hammered for the few hours that followed! Looking forward to checking a 200kg 20RM off the list of lifts! homebodysculpt No muss no fuss moves to get those abs tight for the weekend! 👊🏽👊🏽🔥 All you need is a pair of dish towels, sliders, or fuzzy socks for moves 1 & 2. These moves are slightly sped up so perform them with control -- to fully benefit from ab work it's so important to use your muscles to do the work, not momentum! Happy Friday and have an amazing weekend babes! ❤️❤️😘 --------------- 🔥Rest as needed between moves but try to keep it to a minimum! Working time is just a suggestion, modify to suit your personal level 🔥If performing more than one round, you can rest up to 2 minutes before repeating (I did 2 rounds) 1⃣slider ab tuck to SLOW extension (45s) 👉🏽keep abs contracted as you extend the legs long -- 2⃣slider switch (30s) 👉🏽pause and deeply contract abs before you switch the legs -- 3⃣shoulder stand reverse crunch to extension (60s) 👉🏽This requires a lot of core control. To modify, just lift the hips a few inches off the ground, keeping your mid back on the mat. If performing the full version, you MUST keep shoulder blades on the mat -- at no point should you roll onto your neck 👉🏽when extending your legs, the closer you are to the ground the more challenging this will be. Keep your low back glued to your mat as you extend, and work with legs higher off the ground if you feel any strain in the low back -- 4⃣plank knee tap to forward shift (45s) 👉🏽deeply contract the abs as you lift the knees off the ground. Hold this contraction as you shift forward a few inches, then press back through heels -- 5⃣oblique ankle tap (30s/side) 👉🏽for extra challenge, the non working leg can hover off the ground.
