Guten Morgen, hoffe ihr habt gut geschlafen und startet gut in diesen Samstag😊 Tag 1: Für mich gibt's heute nur flüssiges, ich möchte es meinem inneren Schweinehund beweisen das ich die Dinge die ich mir vornehme auch umsetzen kann. Hab gehört Kaffee vor dem Sport soll zur besseren fettverbrennung beitragen? Stimmt das? Ich mach jetzt ein kleines Wohnzimmer - workout: 24 verschiedene Übungen im Intervall 50/10. Every day is a new day with endless possibilities - take them❤️ Took this picture during a morning run this week. As beautiful as the sunrise was, as painful was the run😬 running/jogging has always been my least favorit kind of excersise. In school I was always last and suffered from asthma. Then I thought running will help me lose weight so I went almost every lunch, but hated it! I only did it because “they” say it helps you burn fat! 🐃💩 (hope you get my emoji word😂) I’d rather lift weights or go for a spinning class🏋️‍♀️🚴‍♀️ that’s why this week I once and for all decided to stop jogging🙌🙌🙌 Just because you should do something doesnt mean you have to. Don’t like HIIT? Don’t do it. Like Zumba? Go for it. Don’t like jogging - don’t do it 💚 Find some exercise you like doing and you are much more likely to actually stick to it👍happy weekend😘 What exercise do you like? Considering the last month I can’t be to unhappy with where I am at, I’m still bang on 80kg as far as I’m aware, but not weighed myself in about 3 days or so but foods been pretty much around the same so wouldn’t see why it would have changed, done pull today but just a light session where blood flow was main aim due to shifting my program about and it’s kicked my arse and I’m still agony lol I’ll go on to push legs pull repeat and run that without a day off until I’m at an overreaching phase, working set drop to 1 working set to failure with rest pause being used to ensure I taking it’s absolute failure point, progressive overload with perfect form is priority at all times, still training fasted in the morning and the difference in doing so is massive for me, Ive done this since I finished my last prep and it’s a no brainer me as when I introduce carbs I feel like I get lethargic and I use lots of stims to counter it, here I’m up first thing, have a black coffee and right in the gym, in terms of performance and overall progression it’s had a good impact for me, never studied fasted weight training etc I’m basing this on my trying something and it feel good so I’m running with it ATM ... job done! ❌NO NOS AUTOENGAÑEMOS MAS📛 Típico que se suele escuchar: ❎"Me mato en el gym pero mi cuerpo no cambia" ❎"Voy a correr todos los días pero no pierdo un gramo" ( incluso aumentas peso ) ❎¿Como puede ser que con toda la actividad física que hago no obtengo resultados? ✅Aprendamos lo importante - LA 💥ACTIVIDAD FISICA ES UN MAGNIFICO COMPLEMENTO💥 Ayuda? SI y mucho💪, Es milagrosa? NO Y NO❌❌ Mucha gente piensa;"hoy fui al gym" " hoy me mate en la cinta""hoy entrene super duro" ¿ENTONCES? Eso quiere decir que puedo comer de demás y DE TODO...Lamento decirte que es FALSO. Es fundamental la actividad fisica pero por el simple hecho de hacer actividad fisica,no vamos a bajar todos los kilos que nos molestan.No nos engañemos😓. De nada sirve matarnos en el gym si al llegar a casa nos comemos todo lo que pillamos🙈 No nos engañemos con la típica frase "total fui al gym". Controla LA ALIMENTACION 👊 💥La ACTIVIDAD FISICA no solo ayuda a conseguir resultados, sino mas importante aún es que nos ayuda a SENTIRNOS MEJOR💪💪 ( Beneficios físicos y mentales) 👉De NADA sirve machacarnos en el gym , sin primero no nos organizamos ni mejoramos nuestra ALIMENTACIÓN 😉 Busca el equilibrio entre ACTIVIDAD FISICA Y ALIMENTACION.
