Guten Morgen, Für mich geht es jetzt bis 2 Uhr in die Uni und dann ins Training. Heute sogar mal in einem anderen Studio #FitX 💪🏼 Bin gespannt 😇 Zum Frühstück hab ich mir gestern Apfelpancakes gemacht und die gibt es dann gleich in der ersten Vorlesung. So, aboood_87 birthday was last week and he wanted a real birthday cake 🎂 🤔 I have googled every recipe for chocolate moisture cakes and found this one ☝️ it went out pretty cool, fluffy and only has 4g Net carbs for each slice. I have put in the oven for 20 minuets and divided the cake to two layers only, didn’t have that much of thickness to get 3 layers. The forgotten muscles Over the next couple of days I’ll be explain a little more about muscle that done get the hype that others get but are just as important to our muscular system Today let’s look at the: Rear Deltoids, for your more savvy geeks out there the posterior deltoid. - The rear deltoids primary role is horizontal shoulder abduction, shoulder extension and external rotation. but it’s also assists with stabilisation of the shoulder joint - In most people the rear delt is lengthened and inhibited. In layman’s terms it’s stretched and doesn’t really work. - Why? - Best culprit is poor posture standing, walking at our desks etc. Why, because we are lazy and 9/10 are on our phones. In the gym environment we tend to put too much focus on pressing movements and not enough on pulling movements. As you can see in my shoulder press picture a lot of focus goes on the front delt (anterior for you geeks again) we leads to tightness and dominance. - The following slides are some exercises you can do. I think you should give it a go! 😉 INGREDIENTS: 1️⃣ 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 2️⃣ 2 carrots, peeled, diced 3️⃣ 1 onion, diced 4️⃣ 2 celery ribs, diced 5️⃣ 2 garlic cloves, minced 6️⃣ 1 pound ground turkey, lean 7️⃣ 2 1/2 teaspoons oregano flakes 8️⃣3 cups cucinaantica tomato basil marinara sauce 9️⃣ 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil 🔟 redmondrealsalt and pepper DIRECTIONS: Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the carrot and celery and saute until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and sautée until fragrant. Add the turkey, oregano, and saute 1 more minute. Add the marinara sauce. Decrease the heat to medium-low and simmer gently for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend, stirring often. Stir in the basil. Season the sauce, to taste, with salt and pepper. Serve over zucchini noodles, pasta, or rice!
