If you’re heading to the grocery store today then add a few extra ingredients to that cart to make this 3 Pepper Coconut Chicken Curry! PANQUECAS PROTEICAS DE CHISPA DE CHOCOLATE 🥞🍫 amamos las panquecas y siempre buscamos maneras y sabores distintos para variar y esta quedó deliciosa 🤤👏🏼 Aquí les dejo los ingredientes: • 1 huevo • 1 chorrito de leche de almendras sin azúcar • 1/3 taza de harina de avena • 4 cucharadas de harina de almendras (es opcional pero quedan más suavecitas y esponjosas) • 1/2 scoop de proteína en polvo de evolutionadvance sabor a vainilla • 1 sobre de Truvia • 1/2 cucharadita de polvo para hornear • Chispas de chocolate sin azúcar de hersheycompany colócalas mientras cocines la panqueca • Topping: Syrup de chocolate sin azúcar 😍 . . . Hi, I am Jessica Mattson 👋 I am 26 years old, married to the greatest/coolest/sexiest man on the planet 😘 + we have two amazing little boys💙 During my path to motherhood, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, and suffered fertility issues and multiple miscarriages. Set in a place where prescription drugs were my only option, I decided to take my health into my own hands and do everything in my power to take care of myself so I could live the life + be the mother I desired to be. In those moments I had to learn and accept that there was so much out of my control, but God also showed me that there still is so much that is! Taking care of the body he gave me became my path, and I knew that needed to start with what I was putting in my body. Food now became my medicine, my fuel, my control. That led me to this amazing community here on Instagram. When I was first diagnosed, information was scarce and hard to find, even on the internet. But now there are so many resources available, and such a vast community of women going through similar situations. Instagram gave me a place to continue to connect, to learn, to grow, and to know I am not alone. Food inspires me, and I have such a burning passion to share that love and all that it has done for me. This passion may have started from sickness and heartbreak, but God has such a great way of turning something that seems bad into something so beautiful 🌸 This is me, this is why I share. I love this journey and I am so proud of all that it has given and shown me ✨ HAPPY SUNDAY! Know that you are loved + never alone!
