Okay, it’s taken me much longer than I’d like to admit to muster the courage to share this type of transformation, but my goal here is to be real, so here is as real as it gets. From binges and excessive endurance to balanced and quality sweat sessions- April 2017 to December 2017. BBG has challenged me in more ways I could’ve ever imagined. The girl on the left was broken, the girl on the right is healed. My journey has been one of strength and fitness, as well as confidence and self-love. Needless to say kayla_itsines has helped me find the version of me I love and I want to help you in turn do the same. Every day of my journey thus far hasn’t been perfect. There have been sicknesses (like yesterday and today lol), missed days, and mentally challenging workouts. That’s life friends. What matters most is trusting the process, being consistent, and loving the journey. #bbgstrong

Good Morning warriors!😊 Happy Wednesday! That means I have therapy later tonight, so that means weight in🙊 My mom has been really pressuring me, saying “you better gain weight”, which confuses me, because she makes and plans all my meals. I eat everything she presents me with. So I don’t know what she wants me to do about it.🤨 - What’s on my plate?😋 —> kashi Blueberry waffle with whipped cream, toast with smuckers Strawberry Preserve jam, watermelon, and Great Value Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal. I also had some water to assist me. - I honestly did not enjoy the oatmeal, as the Quaker once taste much better and has a better texture/consistency. I generally also do not like cinnamon, especially when it overpowers. I could not pick out the Apple flavor, and it just tastes as if I ate a spoonful of cinnamon.😂 I still ate it though💪🏼 I hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday and stay strong❤️-Viktoria

Lunch was mince, rice and loads of Brussels sprouts 🍴 🍚 I'm so fed up today and I don't know why. Just constantly waiting for bedtime. I'm dreading next week as my husband is on nights and it's the school Christmas holidays, so I'll be trying to keep two kids quiet and entertained all day all week while he tries to sleep. I fucking hate these night shifts. Wishing my mister the happiest anniversary ❤️🌲 Four years ago today I was pretty sure I was going to be sick to my stomach because I was so nervous for our first date 😬 ha! We sat down to dinner and started chatting and next thing we knew 4 hours had gone by and the restaurant was closing 🤷🏻‍♀️😅 Josh has made me realize that there’s not a single task that’s mundane when you’ve got the right person by your side ✨Thanks for making me laugh until I actually can’t breathe every single day, even though that’s pretty stressful at times 🤓 Happy Wednesday guys! thanks for letting me by my true, ultra-cheesy self ✌🏻 Back to food tomorrow! 😘

Todays lunch is this rice with chicken my mom made along with some mayo and cherry tomatoes on top. I havent been sleeping properly snd have been under so much stress lately because of the stupid exams omg. Finally tomorrow they're over but tomorrow is one of the hardest exams which is math and I am absolutely petrified. I'm probably gonna mess it up tbh. I'm thinking of doing a massive challenge tomorrow. It involves something that is reaaallllyyyt scary to me but idk if I will do it yet or not. My beautiful and nutritious lunch today. Meatballs, mashed cauliflower and lingonberries. It's like being at IKEA, but MUCH fancier 😜. . It's interesting how my tastebuds have changed. Lingonberries obviously still taste tart, but I can also taste the sweetness in them. Hoping this vitamin-packed lunch will kick my ear infection.👍
