Ce midi j’ai testé la sauce au tahini ! J’avais déjà testé mais j’avais pas aimé ahah. En fait j’aime pas vraiment ça quand c’est seul, mais fait en sauce c’est trop bon ! Donc ce midi c’était salade + pleins de légumes crus, des pâtes de lentilles corail + blé, du tofu, et je me suis donc fait la sauce au tahini : J’ai mis un peu moins d’une cuillère à café de tahini, du jus de citron, de l’eau froide, une mini pincée de sel pour l’iode, et du curcuma bio. (Pssst, faites pas comme moi, n’oubliez pas de mettre du poivre avec le curcuma, ça décuple ses effets anti inflammatoires !) Ensuite j’ai ajouté sur le tout une cuillère à café d’huile d’olive pour les vitamine liposolubles ! 🤩 C’était trop boooooon ! 🙌🏻

In my latest blog post (find link in my profile ⬆️), I talk a little about finding healthy food that you love. Confession: I usually hate salads. They are cold and bland and I have to force myself to stomach them. Then... voila! I decided that I just wasn't using the dressing/ingredients that I liked! Add some homemade dried apples, sliced almonds,a ridiculous amount of avocado and a sprinkle of Gorgonzola and I'm in love! Plus some apple cider vinaigrette. I like to finish eating with a warm glass of lemon or ginger water. What yummy stuff do you add to your salads?

Kind of obsessed with this winter themed salad I've been making! Soo delicious and filled with so many health benefits as well! A win-win ! 😍✨💕 • ▫️kale with olive oil, lemon, pink Himalayan salt and pepper- (anti-inflammatory, vit K, A, C, decrease inflammation, and detoxify) ▫️pomegranate seeds (the ultimate antioxidant!) ▫️pumpkinseeds- (zinc for immune health and skin and magnesium for energy) ▫️cucumber- (detox) ▫️avocado- (healthy fats and omega-3)

🌟Szykujecie lunchboxy ?🌟 Czy raczej kupujecie coś na mieście (RIP portfelu) albo stawiacie na zwykle kanapki 🍞🥒🍔 Mam dziś propozycję na smaczny lunchbox z użyciem makaronu z...grochu! Tak, grochu, prawdopodobnie takiego jak na grochówkę ( kto lubi? ) albo kapustę z grochem 👀 smakiem jestem bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczona👌🏻 pyszny, szybki w przygotowaniu i ze sporą dawką białka! I LIKE IT ❤ 🥒🥕🥗🍝 Makaron z warzywami w sosie tahini ✅Marchewka, brokuł, cukinia, cebula- obtoczone w ziołach i oliwie, pieczone w piekarniku ✅Porcja makaronu z grochu (dostępny u ekonomnom) ✅sos: 2 łyżki tahini, papryka ostra, kumin, tymianek, czosnek, 100 ml mleka roslinnego Makaron gotujemy. Odcedzamy, mieszamy w garnku z warzywami i sosem. Podgrzewamy. 👌🏻Jemy na ciepło lub zabieramy w lunxhboxie ❤🌟

I’ve been eating out a lot more lately and trying to find healthy meal deal options in the shops. . Here’s a few things I’ve found that have great macros and are fairly low calorie for those of you that are not bulking your way through xmas. Meal deals don’t always look like much food but some of them can add up to a whopping 1000kcal! As always, be mindful with your choices and try and go for the simple stuff!
