|CVD Risk Factors| • There a certain risk factors when it comes to Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease. Ok.. let's talk about apple cider vinegar for a moment! I absolutely love the stuff, it's work wonders for my skin, hair, any type of infection heck it even helped reduce the severity of my shingles. What I did find, however, was drinking it when I had leaky gut it did aggravate my digestive tracked. Apple cider vinegar is something I typically use very diluted if I drink it or in salad dressings. I really hesitate to give it to people who have leaky gut or any digestive issue as it can be a little too harsh. But I honestly do use it! Wednesday statistics 🤓 Today I achieved WAY over my 15,000 steps! 😛 Over 2000 calories burnt and 128 minutes I've worked out today! The next one is my #nutrition As you can see I have some grams left within my protein, carbs AND fat. Sugar is under my goal with only 4g left! Close one! You don't realise some things have sugar in them so always check labels, especially for sugar! Some thing may be low calories but their carbs and sugar are sky high 🚀 And that can stop you from reaching your goal. Next picture is my percentage: 1% off my carbs and protein and 1% over my fat. This is VERY good going for a hump day! 🙋🏼 Very impressed with myself. It's tough sometimes when you're tired to eat healthily. Today I did add sugar to my cups of tea and I did have a small piece of my dark chocolate bark but as you can see it has tied in with my macros and I haven't exceeded my intake in anything. If you don't look at your macros, do! It honestly allows you to keep a balanced life and still enjoy some sweet and savoury things around you without going over board! Everything in moderation 💪🏽 #humpday was a success! I am off to bed, early rise tomorrow to get a 45 minute walk in as I am driving to work tomorrow. My absolute favorite kombucha flavor: David's Tea Pumpkin Chai! *5 black tea bags & 2-3 scoops chai (or as wanted) in 4L hot water.
