About last night.... ☄️. . An experience that will stand out in all my life’s experiences. I had the privilege to listen to tonyrobbins speak for 3️⃣ hours. . This is a man of influence. Of experiences. A change agent. He made me question my current mindset, perspective on life and my identity. Mind altering🙌🏼. . There are so many opportunities in this world IF YOU ARE OPEN to them. People either live in a fixed mindset or an open mindset. There are opportunities but YOU have to KNOCK on the door. . Because I was open to learn about an opportunity. Because I was open to be part of a new community. The door opened for me. I helped people. I helped myself and because of that I EARNED the opportunity to be here. . A year ago I was losing my identity and was getting lost in this world. I couldn’t see any of the opportunities. I started small. I started to move daily. I started to read something different. I started to talk to different people. . Nothing changes in your life if you don’t change anything in your life😉. . I listened to a message from Brene Brown recently that hit so close to home. She said sometimes we don't allow ourselves to feel joy or excitement to avoid devastation. That part of allowing ourselves to feel joy is by practicing gratitude. So that's what I've been doing. Spending extra time recognizing all the I'm grateful for in the ordinary moments. The sweet giggles of our baby, watching her play with her daddy, and listening outside of her door as sings her baby dolls to sleep. Go do this guys- recognize these moments & practice gratitude. Your days will be filled with SO much more joy. ❤️❤️

Last week's breakfasts🍳🍳 Everyday was double delights: 2 wishing wells👏2mountains⛰2windmills🎡2boats⛵️2hearts💕2stars⭐️2castles🕍You can make food into any shapes to please yourself more. Good variety, densely packed with nutrients. Only red meat used was bacon which is very difficult to give up for most people.
