🧀FORMAGGIO - CHEESE🧀 When I finished my A levels I spent a summer in the South of France with a girlfriend, sitting on the beach eating baguettes and Laughing Cow cheese. Every time I buy this cheese I think back to that summer!🥖🧀 👧🏻👦🏼Now with a family in tow I still use this delicious cheese as a yummy snack for all of us, Italian Hubby included! 🍁This week as it's suddenly got colder our snacks have an autumnal twist to them. 🐔Crackers with roast chicken, Laughing Cow cheese and paprika. 👻Little ghost crisps dipped into whipped Laughing Cow cheese with pomegranate & mint 🍌Mini banana ghosts with chocolate chip eyes! 🥃We had a bit of honey grappa with ours and the children had a gingerbread man to finish! 👉🏻Very quick and easy to create and you know you're offering smart snacks to everyone! #ad #snacksmart thelaughingcow_uk

Well today is #mealprepsunday and starting out with #inbetweenmeal #snacks for the week. These are Dark Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bites. The number one thing I love ❤️ about these #scoobysnacks is that there is no baking involved! It’s just mixing the ingredients together, rolling into little bite size balls and refrigerating. That’s all, literally!!! And they are super #delicious, #nutricious, and #convenient especially when you get a #sweettooth or a little #hangry before your next meal. Here’s what you need: Rolled Oats (uncooked)- 3c Peanut Butter- 1c Honey- 1/4c Water- 1/3c Chocolate Chips (Dark or Milk Chocolate)- eyeball it. As many or as little as you want Directions: -Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl. -Using your hands make little 1” balls and place on a cookie sheet (I use disposable gloves but if you don’t have those just make sure you wash your hands!) -Place PB Bites in a container -Ready to eat but I like storing them in the freezer. Some people use the fridge. Whatever your preference. Side Notes. I used two additional ingredients in this particular batch. -Coconut Oil- 3tbsp (for additional health benefits) -Hemp Seeds- 3tbsp (Normally I use 3tbsp of a chocolate flavored plant based protein but I ran out so I used the hemp seeds and chocolate chips as a replacement) -This would have been a #vegan snack if I didn’t add the chocolate chips. -if you use a cookie sheet or dish to place PB Bites on use parchment paper underneath. One less thing to clean when you’re done! 😉 -when you place in container don’t just toss them in as they will be moist and can flatten easily. Lightly place each one inside. "Come to Me all that are weary and burdened and I will give you rest." I knew I had my hustle on hard but until I Broke my foot and had to lie around, I had no idea just how weary I was. Who even says weary anymore?! Anyway, if you fee overwhelmed, why not try resting? Give yourself an hour to just lie on the couch or in a chair. Do nothing! You will not believe how refreshed you will feel! I'm feeling great (besides the whole broken foot thing). #brokenfoot #momneedsabreak #takeabreath

Happy Sunday everyone! This morning I sat down with my friend alex_ko_fitness to set some goals for the upcoming week.
