The main reason I want to be financially successful is so I can raise a great, big family! ... Of dogs from kill shelters & mentally challenged dogs & blind dogs & old dogs & 3 leg dogs & basically every dog that nobody wants. 😭 Most people dream of the kids they'll have and here I am fantasizing about having a giant yard with 20+ misfit dogs. 🐶🐶🐶 #pleasetellmeimnotaloneinthis #whoelsewantsadogfarm

I totally forgot to manifest walking my three kids to school. 😉So when I got the chance to walk my baby to his daycare I'm the happiest . Be sure I will add an easier commute to my vision for the next school year . Three campuses. That is a LOT! In the meantime, I enjoy my scenic drive with Raffi's album , between 3 to 5 boys in the backseats and I breathe. I don't want those moments to go too fast. It is intense. Yes. But I won't wait for the next school year to be happy. Let's enjoy those precious moments. Now. 🍎Apple Crumb Bars🍎 For the Shortbread Layer: 2 cups almond flour 2 Tablespoons coconut flour 1/3 cup coconut oil 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon salt For the Apple Layer: 2 cups diced apples (about 2-3 depending on size) 1 1/2 teaspoons apple pie spice (or cinnamon) 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon arrowroot powder 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1 Tablespoon water, if needed For the Crumb Topping: 1/4 remaining shortbread mixture 2 Tablespoons chopped raw pecans 1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350° F, & line a 9 inch square pan with parchment paper. Set it aside. 2. In a large bowl, make the shortbread. Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, & salt. Mix until well combined. Divide the dough into 4th's, & press 3/4 into the bottom of the pan. Save the remaining 1/4 in a small bowl for the topping. 3. Bake the shortbread for 12-14 minutes- it should be lightly brown around the edges. 4. While the shortbread bakes, make the apple layer. Place the apples in a medium bowl, & add the apple pie spice, salt, & arrowroot powder. Toss to coat evenly. Dump into a small saucepan, & add the maple syrup. Cook on medium heat, stirring the whole time, until thickened- about 5-7 minutes. 5. Once the shortbread is baked, remove it & let cool 5 minutes. Then scoop the apple mixture onto the shortbread, spreading it as evenly as possible. 6. Take the remaining 1/4 of the shortbread mixture, & add the pecans & apple pie spice. Mix together, & sprinkle evenly over the apple mixture. Press down slightly so it stays in place. 7. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Enjoy warm, & store all leftovers in the fridge.

#Repost janhutnan ( get_repost) ・・・ HOW MUCH AND HOW OFTEN WE DO THINGS IS IMPORTANT Exercise style, type of the movement, the type of the food we eat or how we prepare it, time in the certain posture, the way how we recover, where fo you stare (or not) or/and where and how long we hold a suitcase. All these (and whatever you are thinking off) require the right dosage and diverse approach TO BE HEALTHY WE NEED TO CREATE RESILIENCY AND TO CREATE RESILIENCY WE NEED VARIABILITY For me, from the physical perspective every day is a SISS and SIIT (sub-maximal intensity/interval). However HIGH INTENSITY both steady and interval (HISS and HIIT) are important too. For the anabolic hormone production (growth hormone and testosterone - because who likes women boobs on men), I like to burn fat post session or increase VO2 Max, to prevent Sarcopenia and Dynapenia. I schedule these types of metabolic conditioning maximum of 2-3 times a week for 4-30 minutes each session. However it’s important that we don’t over do it as too much of high intensity can lead to arterial stiffness due to oxidative stress (HISS) or prioritising a certain cell signalling pathway (mTOR). Due to interval component of HIIT this type is usually longer in length then HISS. Today, I designed myself 4Q MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) using our 4Q NM (Neuro-Mechanical) but for a change I switched the scenarios. HISS for LLT and longer whereas for HIIT I used LMT and made it shorter however the intensity of LMT drills where very high. 2 more days to go to get your Thanksgiving menu and meal together! Here is an appetizer idea that could work for your upcoming holiday gatherings all the way from Thanksgiving to the New Year! A bit of an indulgence, yes (remember 80/20), BUT at least with this brand of items you will get #nongmo and #noartificialingredients, which already makes them healthier than most other store bought products. Sometimes just changing where you shop can help you avoid certain questionable ingredients. Pictured here is Trader Joe’s brand pita bite crackers, whipped cream cheese and fire-roasted tomato cranberry salsa. Has a bit of a kick, but definitely a nice surprise as the flavors blend well together! Organic corn or tortilla chips would also work well as a base here and would then make this appetizer a #glutenfree option.
