Afternoon brain food. Or as I prefer to call, chocolatey, berry awesomeness in a glass. Yeah, that's just more fun, right? But seriously, I'm loving this combo right now. It's super smooth from the avocado so it would also be a great base for a smoothie bowl. Try this: 1/2 banana 1/2 ripe avocado Handful of strawberrries or raspberries. 2 tbsp cocoa-hazelnut butter 1 tbsp collagen protein powder 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 to 3/4 cup almond milk depending on how thick you like it. Place the ingredient in a blender and blend until smooth. 💕👌🏼

S H I A T S U Para los que no sabéis estoy feliz en Valencia profundizando en mis estudios de #macrobiótica en el #institutomacrobioticodeespaña. Y la macro no es solo alimentación! Es un estilo de vida. Ayer y hoy estuvimos aprendiendo los meridianos del cuerpo. Con ellos nos ayudamos para identificar órganos afectados y así poder tratarlos no solo con la alimentación sino con ejercicios, con moxibustión o con dígitopuntura. Una maravilla!
