So I didn’t realised how many people hasn’t seen an omiebox before. These lunchboxes that I’m using (in pic) are called omiebox. It comes with a thermos section (round hole) and I’ve shown the lid in this pic. It is designed with a huge handle so that younger kids can open and close it without help. When not in use, the handle folds flat. Master 5 manages his on his own without any help. That square where the thermos sits, can be remove if you prefer to pack sandwiches. (I was going to pack broccoli pizza today but Master 5 changed his mind at the last minute. Check stories for the pizza). The entire lunchbox is leakproof, tested by yours truly. I filled it up with tap water and shook it real hard in all angles. 😂 Definitely no leaks. . My kids are in preschool and they get 20minutes for break. The lunchbox can fill more than enough food for them so I use the longer section for utensils but you can fit in packet drinks or more food. The one thing I haven’t tested but someone asked is, how long does the thermos keep food hot? I honestly don’t know. I’m doing the opposite now as I don’t want the food to be too hot when the kids start eating. 😂I’ll update when I find out though! . Lunch today is fish stew for Master 5 and porridge for Ms 3. I love how the omiebox has both hot and cold food in the same container. I used to think that this is a luxury. Then I realised that my kids can’t manage multiple containers in the short 20mins that they get for meal time. 🤣So yeah, I need this luxurious option for now. Happy Friday everyone! 💕

TBT to when we started Biomedical Treatments and changed his diet from GFCF (gluten free/casein free) to Low-Carb Paleo Organic! I finally found seaweed that I really like. Non gmo is a must! Seaweed should be regularly included in our diets, in my opinion. It is incredibly nutrient dense food and is rich in iodine on which our thyroid depends. Lots of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to help you stay healthy! It even has Omega-3s! Go Red! February is Heart Disease Month Day 23. A Rainbow Meal Hi Everyone! Preparing a colorful meal with organic, #NonGMO, #wholefoods this evening. Wild caught #AlaskanSalmon, steamed #asparugus and a side #gardensalad prepared under 15 minutes. Preheat the oven at 400 degrees for Salmon. I sprinkled #seafood seasoning on top before placing in the oven for 15 minutes or until salmon flakes. Steamed my asparagus for 4 minutes. Chopped up #redcabbage and combined it with mixed #greens, #cucumbers, #greenbellpeppers, dried #cranberries and #sunflowerseeds creating a side salad. It's empowering to create a meal with wholefoods to prepare for myself, my husband and know what we eat will be nourishing for our body. Create a meal to reduce your risk of heart disease. Had a great time at an event at a Vegan restaurant in Little Rock where a plant based doctor talked about “Let Food by thy Medicine”. It’s so awesome that doctors who watch “What the Health” documentary awaken to the fact that they were never taught nutrition in medical school, and how diet plays such a big part of people’s health issues. It all makes sense! (The ideas shared in the documentary) It was really nice connecting with others in my area who have healed health issues with a plant based diet as well. One lady said she got rid of diabetes & lost a lot of weight going plant based. In the bottom right pic is Dr. Wes Thorpe and Alicia al.cia.w & me. Alicia healed herself with a plant based diet as well and got off all her meds. I’m so proud of these ladies!!
