HOLY COW! I've been mentally and physically battling myself over tuck jumps for as long as I can remember. I haven't been hard core training them, but I have been working on progressions when I remember to 😅. I woke up this morning, headed to pedro.yoga 's hot vinyasa class, and BOOM! My body completely surprised me with this hold! Thanks body, you're frikin awesome 🙏🏽

This is one of my favorite drills to open my shoulders & chest & thoracic spine for handstand,backbending practice. You can do this either from handstand or forearmstand. From forearmstand it will give yoiu storinger sensation of opening chest and shoulders since you dont have smaller joints(elbows&wrists) & longer limbs to compensate. While performing this I am trying to pshh my hands as hard as I could and to move my chest away from the wall and keep my arms straight (very important and many people tend to make mistake with this when you think your arms staright most of thime they actually are not) And then Im moving my butt/ass to the wall eventually to touch and try to lower it towards the ground. This gives deep thoracic spine opening that is critical to do safe backbending. 20 mins shoulder wrist mobility 10 mins frogger movement practice 5 sets: 30s frogger 30s monkey 30s bear 60s rest 10 strict pull up negatives 5 sets: 20s handstand L hold 5 sets: 20 backsquats 40kg 3 pbar dip negatives Had a good training session today..L holds felt really good and really opened up my chest and shoulders for snatch session after..haven’t done much dips since my shoulder injury so felt good to get back into it 🤗
