Booty by Britt 💁🏼. Amazing turnout this morning! We banded up a full class with mini resistance bands 😃💪🏼 Here are some examples of what we do in this class: - - 🍑First clip: Glute Bridges together & single leg. Perform this exercise by starting on the ground, in this video my feet are elevated on a 3 level stepper. Drive your heels into the step as you lift your hips up, extend as high as you can squeezing/activating the glutes & hamstrings! Breathe through each rep of this exercise & keep your core tight! 3 sets of 15-20 reps - - 🍑Second clip: Core focus. Position your body in a plank hold position by bracing your core, feet are hip width apart and your hands are directly underneath your shoulders. Slowly lift each arm up and tap the same 3 level stepper in front of you, alternate arms & focus on keeping your core tight without moving your hips too much. Breathe through each rep of this exercise. 3 sets of 20 reps alt. arms. - - Didn't make it to class? That's OK!
