After today’s leg day, it was definitely hard to get a picture 😂🙈 misskaylamaee kicked my ass. We started with squats...4 sets til failure. I got 185x5 cuz I’m weak AF lately. Sumo DLs were next...maxed out at 225x3. After we did hip thrusts...4 heavy sets. It's easy to point out your own imperfections right? The challenge is finding what you want to perfect, starting somewhere, and doing something about it.
