Good morning babes and happy Friday Eve!!! I hope all of you have had a great morning so far! I woke up this morning SO ready to crush the day, am all prepped for school, and so it’s time to fuel up with breakfast! Thursday mornings are always a bit hectic for me, so throwing all of this into a bowl, mixing it up, and leaving it in the freezer while I get ready is SO perfect and SO easy! 🙌🏻 I am having: plain 2% Greek yogurt (Fage) topped with puffed wheat, frozen raspberries, chia pudding (chia seeds + water), coconut chips, and cinnamon! 👅💦✨ As far as how I’m feeling, I am slowly (but surely) understanding and accepting that not all weeks are going to be the same. I feel the need to “match” what I did to the same day last week, like workout length or step count, when I KNOW that is not always going to be the case. I cannot control the business or schedule of the day sometimes. When that happens, I CANNOT allow the stress or anxiety surrounding it manifest its way into convincing me to think or behave in a disordered fashion. 🙅🏻 Life is GOING to get crazy at times and it is up to me and ONLY me to react in a positive manner. These are times that I will grow and NOT let my ED seep back through the cracks. I have come WAY too far to fall back into restricting like last time I tried to gain muscle. I may feel uncomfortable at times and/or want to go back into my old habits, but that will only keep me from my goals. Listening to anorexia is LETTING it kill me. I’m done letting that happen. ❌ I WILL keep battling. I WILL gain muscle (eventually 😅). I WILL get my period back. I WILL heal my liver. I WILL promote a healthy relationship with training and fuel. I WILL KEEP EATING IT TO BEAT IT! 💪🏻 I know I am worthy of this and I MUST keep pushing on! No matter what: I will continue to break anorexia’s rules and take my life into my OWN hands to make it what I want it to be: that of REAL health, happiness, sustainability, balance, and excitement. I CAN and WILL do this, you guys. I just need y’all to wish me luck! As for today, I’m off to enjoy my spread, head to school, and then I’m off to the gym for my interval run and ab work! I am so

My late lunch. My diet is fluctuating at the moment, it's not always easy to fit meals in at the right time but I do always try to cook healthy food which tastes 👌 and includes the correct amount of macros which my body needs ☺ Tricolore penne with pesto, flax seeds, chia seeds, red onion, fresh basil and fresh baby spinach. Intermittent Fasting ⏰ — I’ve been doing a ton of research on it to find out if it really is as beneficial as people say. Finally I’ve said enough research, the only way to know if it will benefit me is to give it a go! ☺️ — So, today is day one! My plan is to eat my meals between 12 and 8pm, while fasting the other 16 hours (sleeping a lot of that time) Seems easy enough, right?! I am already looking forward to a great big smoothie bowl at lunch, like this one from the other day 🤤 #foodporn — Have you done or are currently doing #intermittentfasting ?
