The Chiappetta brothers are both seeing great results after putting in the work with #GetYoked anabolic diet and lifting plan. Nick (top left) has seen massive strength gains as well as leaning out tremendously after transitioning from lifting 4-6 times a week + regular cardio to following our low carb diet and focused lifting only 3 times a week. Daniel (right) has seen massive muscle mass gain going from 150 lbs to 175 lbs in 6 months, with Yoked Division recently enabling him to lean out and continue to make gains.
