Work on your symmetry and detail. We all have a more dominant side so work out where the deficiencies are and work on them. Ensure you incorporate exercises that use single arm or leg movement so that each side has to work evenly and gets the full effects. It is fun and rewarding making weaker areas into strengths. Are you a morning person? I used to judge how well I was sleeping just on the amount of hours I got, rather than the quality. How can you sleep better in the same amount of time? . . 1️⃣Drinking. I used to drink, A LOT, I worked in nightlife for years and I'd be having at least a couple of drinks every night. I would wake up feeling rough and sluggish all the time. When I reigned the drinking in and limited it to once or twice a week the difference was profound. At first it was difficult to fall asleep, but after I was waking up refreshed and I started to see solid muscle growth for the first time. . . 2️⃣practice breathing through your nose, not your mouth before bed. Our natural breathing pattern is nasal, breathing through the mouth during sleep will leave you dehydrated and disrupt your sleep pattern. Breathing through the nose increases nitric oxide which means simply - more gains. Try it, I guarantee you will notice a difference . . 3️⃣ slightly more simple - avoid any screens an hour before bed. Read a book, call your mother or write your memoirs. We hear it often but it's crucial to allow the brain to rest. I also find I'll spend needless time on the phone and end up losing sleep, so it's good to have a limit. . .
