#Repost shaylaquinn ・・・ EAT YOUR WATER PT. 3💦🍊🍍🍑 • Did you know that #water is the main component of the body? In fact, the adult body is about 60-70% water! Our bodies use water in all of its cells, organs and tissues to help regulate body temperature, to transport oxygen, and glucose to our working muscles, it helps our bodies eliminate waste and toxins, as well as aiding in a slew of other bodily functions that are vital for optimal living. Plain and simply: we need water to survive. Since we lose water through breathing, sweating and digestion, it's extremely important to consume enough water to hydrate and replenish in order to ensure proper body function! • Drinking enough water is a MUST (if you’re wondering how much water should you be drinking everyday, a good rule of thumb that I follow is this: at least half of your body weight in ounces) BUT- in addition to drinking water, you can also incorporate #plantbased foods high in water too! Fruits and vegetables provide vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein along with fluids!! Here are 6 of my favorite #vegan foods that can help keep you hydrated! 🌱💗 • Please note that eating these foods does NOT replace drinking water. We are salivating at this delicious looking meal prep! We are definitely making this! Thanks, cleanmondaymeals! 👌🏼 - - - Turkey Egg Fried Rice Ingredients: 1 tablespoon Coconut oil 1 pkg. cauliflower rice 1 pkg frozen organic veggie mix 3/4 pounds ground turkey 6 eggs 2 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Add coconut oil to skillet, let melt. Once melted add package of cauliflower rice. Brown ground turkey in separate skillet. Fry cauliflower rice for a few minutes, while that is cooking make scrambled eggs in another skillet. Add frozen package of veggies, eggs and ground turkey to cauliflower rice. Combine and add liquid aminos and salt and pepper. Stir for 5 min. Separate into meal prep containers. Enjoy!
