Start your week off right with a nutritious breakfast like this from peachypalate 😊🍌🍓 #Repost peachypalate ・・・ Sure let's kick start the week with an easy one... a bowl of creamy protein oats. I cook mine the night before I just make an extra bowl when making my bedtime oats. Then in the morning I stir through nushfoods... I went with half a tub of the new banoffee flavour for these, some linwoodshealthfoods chia seeds and leave them to sit for a about 10 mins in the fridge. Served with some unsweetened almond milk, pan fried bananas, freeze dried raspberries... and of course cacao nibs, I love the tub from nuanaturals... A crunchy, sweet, sharp, creamy, luscious and prettiful bowl of protein oats if I do say so myself!!! For the oats *50g oats *250ml water *20g pulsinandbeond pea protein *80ml unsweetened almond milk To serve *60g nushfoods almond banoffee yogurt *1 tsp linwoodshealthfoods chia seeds *1 tsp maple syrup for on top (optional) DIRECTIONS Cook oats in water in the microwave for 90 seconds. Remove and stir in protein and almond milk. Place into the fridge for an hour or overnight. Stir though yogurt and chia seeds.
