No combo quite as classic as PB & banana oats 🍌🥜 Happy Tuesday friends! Hangin pretty low & just grinding along- lots going on at work & I have some sort of commitment every night this week. Spending face time with friends & family recently has brought me so much happiness. I’m a introverted, independent person & with the world of social media, it’s easy to mistake being on our phone as ‘socializing’ when really we’re just staring at a screen - so hanging with my childhood friends, people from my gym, my parents – has reminded me how valuable it is to spend time with the people you love. Hoje foi abs e 25m de cardio.💦💦 Nao costumo fazer cardio, é uma coisa que detesto e quase morro só de ouvir essa palavra😓😂. Mas iniciei o bulking, e so estou a aumentar a banha, logo vou colocar cardio de 25m 2vezes por semana. Vamos lá ver.😉 Este é o exercício que faço para abdominal oblíquo. Se faço outro? Posso trocar ele pelos halteres mas é muito raro mesmo. No meu treino de abs Só faço 3 exercícios , um para oblíquo, outro para inferior e um para superior. #transformationtuesday ! I know it’s nothing spectacular, but it helps give some perspective ☺️ The picture on the left was taken 1/1/2017. The day I decided to get my sh*t together and take control of my future. I’d just moved back home after going through a rough break up. I was down in the dumps and didn’t know what to do. That’s when I decided to get back to doing what I LOVE and what I’d been deprived of... lifting. They say “breakups make bodybuilders” and they weren’t lying. Picture on the right taken last week after 10 months of consistent lifting, eating clean and being in an environment with people who love and support you. #HappyTuesday 🎊💪 ••••••••••••• Big shout to bretcontreras1 for upping my booty game and size! Hip thrusts are by far my favorite exercise to grow the booty!🍑 - Here in the first clip I'm doing them free weight but I also love doing them on the Smith Machine to reeeaally isolate them and not worry about stabilization. - Next clip is stiff leg deadlifts with dumbbells. These are legit if you really know how to contract the glutes even when they are fully extended at the bottom. - Last clip is reverse hyperextension with a band. Whenever I start feeling tight and achy, it's a reminder that this body of mine isn't getting any younger. It's the only body I'll get so I have to take care of it. Which means investing just a few minutes a day into stretching. It's best to stretch warm muscles so I stretch after my workouts with static stretches that are held at least thirty seconds.
