Volver a casa tarde o llegar cansado y sin ganas de cocinar, no debería ser excusa para saltearse la cena. Back to the gym finally after my nice little break 🙏🏼 Felt pretty decent today had a short workout primarily some deadlifts and squats 🍑 I definitely needed the rest because my body was completely ready to lift today 💪🏽last week I was stuggling hard with weight that I usually pull and today I was back to myself 🤷🏻‍♀️ feeling kinda heavy and kinda lean at the same time I'm not really sure all I know is that I feellll gooddddd ps sorry about the weird pants pull idk what's going on lol

I want to share some important fitness information with some of you. The question I get asked the most is “Why do you workout so much and eat healthy all the time? You’re already fit.” I have low tolerance for questions like that. Mainly because I feel that I’m not genuinely getting asked a question, but more being told that im obsessive with my fit lifestyle, which I’m VERY far from. We live in a society that sees “fat free” products, vitamins, and dairy as a perfect way to get nutrients. Eat spinach and chicken for lunch and someone will throw a burger at you because they think something is wrong with you. The first picture to the left is me 3 months ago. The picture on the right is me today. Two months ago I stopped working out because morning sickness was tough with this baby. I was also eating fast food or anything I can take down. If you look at my legs, you can see what two months of not working out will do. It took me about a year to build legs, and a change in every day lifestyle to maintain it. So when I’m asked why do I workout all the time, this is why... Maintenance. You don’t just build a garden, make it blossom, and then never take care of it again right? But anyway, I’m feeling better and back to lifting 💪🏼
