There're many reasons why we carry extra weight. Some people blame genetics😣. Some people complain about lack of time, money, motivation, sleep, etc. Other people don't know where to start, so they give up before making the 🚶‍♂️first step. Whatever they say the reason is usually is not the true reason, but an excuse to cover their fear of change. 🗣What if I cant keep up with the new meal plan? What if i won't lose weight? What if its a bad idea because my friend said so? What will others think? We're all humans and changes scare us. We're 😦afraid to step out of our comfort zone, to try something new, or to fail because our unrealistic goals won't be met. We think we're not going to be successful because we're not worth it. Our lack of self worth comes from the lack of love for ourselves. 👉We create this "condition" in our minds using only our own thoughts. You're not worth it only if you believe it to be true. And if you believe it, then it becomes your truth, your reality. Step outside for a moment, realize that you can create another "condition" where you 💖love yourself and you're loved by people around you. Fear of change is normal, but don't let it stop you. Understand it, accept it, and go forward anyway. Find movement you enjoy. Experiment. Commit. Play! 🏋🏽‍♀️ While exercise releases endorphins and improves mood, energy and health, it can also become an additional stressor in a negative way if we are overdoing it, OR simply doing exercise we don't enjoy. Now, I'm a CrossFit Coach and personal Trainer, and EVEN THOUGH I enjoy exercise, that doesn't mean I feel like doing it all the time. So if you are thinking "Well great. I already don't like any exercise I've tried, I must be a lost cause"… You're not! 👯‍♂️ step one. Find an accountability partner that either work out with you, or at least be able to hold you to it 👬 step two. Set up a month in which you try an exercise routine at least three times a week. There will always be females who want to build a muscular body. They'll work for wider delts, strong quads and abs but not all women are looking for this. Some want an hour glass shape.. feminine with curves in the right places 🙈 some things that have helped me with my illusion of a smaller waist and an hour glass figure are 👇🏼 __ 📌 developing my lats. This helps to create the nice V shape to the body (exercises like wide-grip pull downs, lay pull downs, DB pull overs, single arm rows, etc.) 📌working on a TON of glute friendly exercises to shape my lady lumps 😂 (lunges, deadlifts, squats, rdls, abductors, banded exercises etc the list could go on 5ever) 📌& lastly, DIET. You can't outwork a bad diet. ▪️ don't be afraid to lift weights ladies. They're not going to make you look manly! I promise 😉
