Productivity is intentional and deliberate. It isn't motivational or timed, it is done. Thats it. Don't sweat the small stuff. Just GO! Don't worry about what are macros, what kind of foods encourage fat loss the most, how does GMO effect my diet, which diet works better than another, which workout works better than another, ... I'll tell you what you're gonna be sitting there for a long damn time before anything even starts to happen in your life. Productivity starts when you eat, when you take that step up on the treadmill, when you touch those weights, when you take that drink of water, when you take that first step up the stairs. Motivation is just a bonus and the perfect time does not exist when it comes to productivity. Move your ass, get it done. That's..... Productivity. I give myself this speech from time to time. I hope it helped you today as it has for me many times before. On another note I've always wondered what my lifting face was.....now I know.

Now my mare is able to pick up her right lead with out any pain or discomfort all in thanks to my new 14lb Boz Barrel Saddle! She is calm relaxed and can move out with this spring flex tree...sooo excited!
