💥SNACKS FOR FAT LOSS💥 What are the best snacks to eat while trying to drop fat? - The answer is actually pretty simple. Now you can blend these frozen treats up in a blender with a little bit of milk and BOOM you have banana ice cream. It has the same consistency and sweet taste of ice cream. I finally bought myself a food scale, so I guess you could say things are getting pretty serious. 😂 Really though, the most annoying thing is when a food product tells you that a serving size is "so many grams or oz" but doesn't tell you how many servings are in a package. Another thing that really annoys me about food lately...the fact that most things don't come in single serving packs. I'm sorry, but if I buy the small bag of pretzels from the gas station, I'm eating the whole bag (which ends up being like 3+ servings... and that means I could have just consumed over 300 Calories and more than 40% sodium just from one small bag of pretzels that doesn't even fill me up). - On another note, check out my awesome barbell collars 😍 The ones at the gym suck. #amazon #onlineshopping #fitfam #fitlife #girlswholift #fitnessgirl #fitnessproblems #ritfit #foodscale #healthyliving #healthylifestyle #fitnesslifestyle

At the moment I eat my vegetables with yellow curry paste and thin coconut milk every second day 😂🙌🏼 I change the ingredients for more variety but the base is the same 😬 . Wonderful evening lovely people 💖 • • Yellow Curry mit Reis Nudeln, Gemüse, Hähnchen, Ananas und Cashew Nüssen😍 Zur Zeit esse ich mein Gemüse fast immer mit gelber Curry Paste von chokchai.thai.cuisine * 🤤 Ich Wechsle die Zutaten ständig aber die Basis bilden immer: Zwiebel, gelbe Curry Paste und Kokosmilch von Alpro 🙌🏼 Oft koche ich Mittags eine Riesen Portion für den Tag und teile es auf 2 Portionen auf: Mittags z.B. zusätzlich mit Avocado... und Abends meist mit Carbs in Form von Reis, Nudeln, Kichererbsen.... Kann ich gerade nicht genug von bekommen 😋 Wie esst ihr eurer Gemüse am liebsten?
