Hallo Instagram, ich bin Mischka und ich habe keine Ausreden mehr, heute wage ich den ersten Schritt und gehe endlich ins Fitnessstudio. Für 12 Monate möchte ich regelmäßig trainieren und am Ende mein Ziel erreichen nachhaltig abzunehmen und kontinuierlich einen Sixpack zu behalten. Aktuell habe ich einen BMI von 29 und wiege 85kg. Ich freue mich über eure Tipps & Tricks und über neue Weggefährten/Trainingsbuddys.

IN JUST 30 DAYS I lost: 2” off my waistline 1.5” off my hips 2” across my chest 1” off my arm 1” off my thigh I DO NOT USE A SCALE but I fit back into my skinny jeans! And that is how I measure success! 😃 I decided it was time to buckle down... I was feeling blah and at a plateau in my yoga practice... I knew some strength training was what I needed to get back to feeling strong and lean again. Resistance training gives me an incredibly confident feeling that nothing else does. And feeling strong feels DAMN SEXY. In the end this was a total personal journey, one that was meant to help me connect back to my strongest, highest self, and I think all I really needed was some accountability.
