Bicep Curls 💪 . One of the most basic but effective exercises you can do to develop your biceps. I usually switch up between standing barbell or dumbbell curls. I like to do 3x10-12 when I do these. Few tips to keep in mind. . ✅Keep your back still & elbows at your side. ✅Bring the weight up towards your chest. ✅Contract your biceps when you have the dumbbell towards your chest. ✅Control the weight as you bring it down towards the floor & get that full stretch.

Not a monday person at all...😰😰😰 Jag är inte en måndagsperson för fem öre😰 Idag har jag dock haft en relativt bra måndag bestående av jobb och sedan ett ruggigt bra bröstpass på gymmet. One of the real reasons I follow Intermittent Fasting is because it helps me practice self-control. - When I say that I'm not eating for a certain period of time, that's it I just don't eat. - After 5 pm, I don't put any food in my mouth, period. - Having that black and white rule of just saying no really helps me resist temptation and snacking on food at night. - The problem isn't when I'm not eating, it's during my feeding window itself. - Sometimes I just get so ravenous and hungry and I can't seem to stop myself from just pigging out. - This is because of the unhealthy relationship I developed with food when I was younger and first started "dieting like a bodybuilder". - I'd weigh every meal on my food scale and track everything I put into my mouth. I fell into the "strict clean eating" category and used to restrict myself from "bad foods." - I'd be really good for a few weeks and then one night I'd crack and just go bonkers. - I would feel so guilty afterwards because I'd just ruined all of my hard work and that was another week of not losing weight. - Eventually, I found intermittent fasting in 2014 and ever since then it's been so much easier to stay on track, especially when I have one of my little binge sessions (like the Nutella jar a few weeks ago). - Whenever I tend to eat too much, I no longer beat myself up and I no longer set myself back another week. - Instead, I just do a 24 hour fast and will have one meal the next day. - This just helps me mentally reset and it also will help put my body back in a deficit when I'm trying to lose weight since I'm only eating about 600 calories the next day. - No one gains weight from one day of eating. You have to be in a calorie deficit overall for the week. - That means if you overeat on one day and undereat the next day, you're going to be able to stay in a calorie deficit and lose weight. So the next time you slip up just follow this simple strategy and do a 24 hour fast, have one healthy meal the next day and you will get straight back on track. - #intermittentfasting #24hourfast #fasting #tysonsfoodtips #itsgoingtobeok
