1 year of Training with no nutritional knowledge vs. 4 years of training with a lot more knowledge on nutrition. . I know it's a bit of a late one, but in 2014 I think it was my first holiday on my own without my family, I'd been training hard for a year and thought I was "Massive" I remember saying "awhh I'm gonna cut down for holiday"😂. . I didn't have a clue what I was doing tbh with you, where as on the right I've been training for a lot longer and in that time I've researched and learnt so much about nutrition. I've trialled so many diets over the years but I found one that suited me. . This is what people call "Flexible dieting or IIFYM" Don't get me wrong this diet isn't going to work for everyone but for someone like me who loves his food so much it's perfect. . The best thing about it is after so long of tracking your macros you get so good at estimating that you can then eyeball food and just eat whatever you want knowing whether you've not eaten enough or eaten too much. . I would recommend everyone at least try it for 1 week, track your macros/calories by weighing out your food and entering it into an app called myfitnesspal. . It has had a huge impact on my life and the way I look at food is so much better now! I rarely binge and it's just become a lifestyle✌🏼. . If I can transform my body anybody can honestly, I can eat 15,000 calories in one day ffs yet I'm able to get down to single digit body fat!!!
