Love the quick “throw together last minute” meals... this one literally took me only 15 minutes! Lemon Basil Chicken and asparagus stir fry- sautéed some chicken and asparagus in olive oil with some lemon juice and fresh basil, the mixed in some brown rice. 今日午餐🍱有食譜📖 。 💖冬日暖暖滋補身子 。 🍴雲林土雞高麗菜枸杞炊飯🍴 577大卡,54g碳水18g脂肪42g蛋白質 。 這次回嘉義家人給了我好多中藥材補身子~ 這道料理沒有多添加其他的油 用雞皮本身的油去爆香蒜頭和薑與洋蔥~ 加入了對身體很好的枸杞 所以米飯超香~冷天還可以暖身子 月經來的女生也超適合吃^^ 。 。 【食譜(三人份)】 🔸️兩斤土雞肉 🔸️高麗菜洗淨 🔸️枸杞子半杯 🔸️米210公克 🔸️醬油適量 🔸️鹽巴適量 🔸️蒜頭切片 🔸️薑切小片 🔸️味霖少許 【做法】 1.鍋子燒熱 2.放入土雞的雞皮 3.逼出油來後放入蒜頭、薑 4.爆香後再放入洋蔥丁 5.炒軟後放入土雞將表面炒過 6.加一匙醬油一起炒至表面微上色 起鍋 7.在電鍋理放入洗淨的米與胡蘿蔔絲 8.放上雞肉 9.灑上枸杞 10.最後覆蓋高麗菜 11.灑點鹽巴在加入兩匙醬油 12.加少許水 13.按下煮飯鈕 14.起鍋就完成囉! #lunch #lunchtime #lunchideas #healthy #healthyfood #lunchbox #healthyeating #healthylife #healthylifestyle #fitfood #fitfoodshare #fitness #fitnessfood #homemade #lunchbox #preworkout #postworkout #yummy #fresh #nutrition #rice #2eat2gether #flexibledieting #bento #便當 #飯 #弁当 #午餐

Who can guess what is this? Not sure what to call it - it’s not a smoothie, it’s not a soup. It is a salad - blended 🤭 like gazpacho style, you know. So here’s the deal. Felt like having a huge salad, but didn’t feel like chewing it 😬😂 so I blended it, with the dressing and whole thing. And that was a total win because my toddler ate half of the bowl with chicken and I felt so great that he got so many raw vegetables in. Couldn’t even believe it worked 🤩🙌 • So here are ingredients: - 2 Persian cucumbers - 1 cup of cherry tomatoes - 1 celery stalk - 1/4 cup dill (I LOVE dill) - 1 spring onion - 2 tbsp chopped red onion - 3 cups organicgirl spinach - 1 tbsp primalkitchenfoods balsamic dressing - 1/2 tbsp bulletproof brain octane oil - 1/2 tbsp kasandrinos olive oil - 1/4 tsp sea salt (I think that’s it 🤔) Topped it with brightfreshmicrogreens microgreens, radishes, black sesame seeds, and ate it with simplemills bbq grain-free crackers 😋 #holisticzest
