With school starting and going back to work full time for the next 8 weeks, the grocery store is the last thing I want to think about. I hated spending time scouring through Pinterest and ads trying to figure out what we were going to eat and whether or not it'd be healthy enough to feed my family. I'm so thankful the last 8 weeks I've been able to enjoy a full weeks Menu and grocery list sent to my email, so I no longer feel like I'm battling time and the store. Today I trained legs. Today I crushed my workout. Today I also felt fat. 😳 I still have days of self doubt and self consciousness. I'm human, so sue me. // Its not that I have these feelings that is the bad thing, it's what I allow them to do. If I allow myself to become consumed with negativity or punish myself because of how I think I look, then that's NOT OKAY. 👎 But I chose to crush my workout, drink my water, and just take a deep breath. São quase 4 meses de disciplina e muito foco e 5kg a mais. Eu sempre tive vergonha do meu corpo por conta dos apelidos e taus. E o engraçado é que a maioria das pessoas que não são magras pensam que não sofremos algum preconceito. Na verdade se vc está magro o povo fala,se vc tá gordo o povo fala,se vc não tá gordo nem magro o povo fala tbm....ou seja,não dá pra viver em função de agradar as outras pessoas. Depois que casei eu aprendi a me amar mais sabe, não sei dizer o pq exatamente,acredito que meu marido tenha alguma coisa a ver com isso kkkkk...todo carinho,cuidado,amor e todas as vezes que ele disse que me amava de qualquer jeito e que seu eu estivesse feliz ele tbm estaria ❤ Eu amo musculação,adoro estar naquele ambiente e me exercitar. Hoje gosto mais ainda do que vejo no espelho. O que quero dizer é que, se vc olha sua imagem no espelho e gosta do que vê,se sente bem,se sente linda e está saudável NADA MAIS IMPORTA!! Fueling our bodies in the morning doesn't have to be tricky or difficult. Egg white muffins are one of my favourites and super simple to make. Used reynoldskitchens muffin papers to avoid sticking then added sundried tomatoes, parsley, olives, feta, and egg whites. Baked in the oven for 30 minutes then let them cool.
