One week left of phase one bikini comp prep 😁 Phase one was strength strength strength core, legs, back in preparation for define define define. . Really wish I had a before & after to show you but I didn’t take a before 😏 Mostly, we all know what the heck cellulite looks like & it had been about a month into prep before I realised I hadn’t taken a “before pic”. I have a clingy baby what can I say 😅 . I feel strong & energised & so excited to start on muscle definition. I wanted to do this comp so my body could be in complete schmick physical condition at least once in my life. I’ve always been a fit & active adult, even super toned, but not super muscle defined. I’ve lost 3kgs which I got in trouble for as the scales shouldn’t be dipping if I’m putting on muscle while losing fat. Calorie consumption has been raised another 300per day. . We all have our body challenges (mine is butt & legs), my tummy has never been an issue and pregnancy didn’t shoot it to shit 🤞🏽 but if I want to keep any tone on my legs & bum I need to workout 6 x a week. . #nomakeupbut36filters does that count 😉 and I had to put in the collage square or I’d be one of those headless body pics xxx

Any moms out there with young kiddos thinking getting a Christmas card pic of them all together will get easier when they're older?!🙋🏻 I want to save you the disappointment and tell you right now that you're wrong 🤣 My kids are 12, 9, and 6 and I didn't get even one ☝🏻 pic of them all looking at the camera with their eyes open and smiling. Heck, I would've taken one with none of them making a face 😩...or flipping off the camera (he didn't know he was doing it😂)...or crying.🙄🤣 In the middle of it all, I started yelling, they started whining, and as I said...Sam started crying. Stayed tuned for the best pic out of the bunch. Found the coolest workout tights yesterday ... Well they were in the workout clothes area. There's every chance they are lounge pants haha. They are super soft and light and stretchy! I had to take them out for a run this morning. There's nothing like a couple new pieces of training gear to pump up your motivation during your weight loss journey. I'm definitely seeing results in my arms and legs...still have my pudgy mummy tummy 😆 Ahh well that will take time! Two weeks ✌🏼 in to working on my best self before Christmas & already DOWN 2 inches off of my thighs + waist ... haven’t weighed myself but feeling toned & energized and wasn’t perfect on my meal plan either! 🤷🏼‍♀️ As a postpartum mama, I’m listening more to my body - feeding it when it’s hungry and paying attention to the fuel I put into it. . Half hour workouts in my living room each day for 3 weeks- not easy but totally doable. It gets easier once you get into it! (The first week was the worst, ha!) Totally gets easier and then it just becomes a habit you do not want to lose because of how amazing you feel! 💖 . 21 days until Jan 1! Time for a TRUTH BOMB 💣💥 I may lose some followers and I’m sure I’ll catch some backlash but it’s ok ✌🏼 L Yesterday I had someone discredit another woman’s results because she was post-partum...she was assuming that is EASY for her to lose weight! EXCUSE ME?! 1. Don’t take away from someone else’s hard work bc you don’t know her behind the scenes. 2. Do you know how many woman I encounter who are STILL carrying baby weight along with their 3 year old child? Let alone lose it all and then some in 80 days! She didn’t get those results because it was easy. She got them because she put in HARD WORK! You know what’s easy in 2017? Giving into your hunger on the drive home and grabbing fast food or pizza instead of chugging water and warming your prepped meal when you get home. It’s EASY to eat what everyone else is instead of standing alone with your decision to make a difference in your health. It’s EASY to watch Netflix on a Saturday morning sipping coffee until you have to be somewhere instead of pressing play on a workout. It’s HARD FREAKING WORK to MAKE time daily for yourself. It’s HARD to do the opposite of everyone else in your life. It’s HARD to FIGHT high cholesterol, diabetes and heart disease because in 2017 the easy way out of hard situations hands them to you on a silver platter! Will everyone get the EXACT SAME results? No! But coming from a girl who literally worked out 25-30 hours a week, ate what I *thought* was a healthy triathletes diet yet still had to throw up my food to feel confident and NEVER had the body all that work should reflect. WHY NOT TRY IT? If you CAN workout only 3-4 hours a week and get amazing results from the comparable nutrition plan then what do you have to lose? Because you’re definitely not losing time!I’m not offering a quick fix! ✋🏼 Nope! This is about FOOD! It’s about NUTRIENTS! It’s about fighting those CRAVINGS, increasing your energy, firing up your metabolizum, sweating your guts out and GAINING QUALITY OF LIFE!!! If you want RESULTS and are willing to WORK for them! Home gym means bare foot workout early in the morning #💪🏼.
