I’m legit the clumsiest person around...so yesterday was in my bathroom and hit my toes against the granite and now have a black n blue toe...thankfully it does appear to be broken was able to get my sneakers on and get my workout done, luckily today was just strength training and core so no jumping. Even managed to get a much needed pedicure even though my toe is a little sore. Oh well could be worse. There def would’ve been a time when that would’ve been the perfect out for me to not do my workout but honestly anything can modifies and depending on your injury worked around (only if it’s not a severe injury though cause then i would def say ask your Dr first). When there is a will there is a way!

Anyone else love Sunday’s as much as i do? I think it’s also because it’s the holiday season. Always puts me in such a great mood! Today is going to be awesome i get to see my little in her vocal performance. She has worked really hard. One of the things that we have taught our girls it that when you put the effort in to something you really want you can’t help but feel confident and proud about what you have the ability to accomplish! Started my day off with my Sunday sweat sesh now off to enjoy my littles hard work. Happy Sunday!!

I know bigger things in life to worry about, but one of the things i asked before i cut my hair was to make sure that it would hold up to my workouts and stay in a ponytail. Drumroll please...it made it! Of course i am wearing one of hose invisibobble ponytail holders so it would get all crimped up! BUT like seriously i literally used to be one those people who had every excuse in the book to not workout...and as sad or as familiar to some of you as this may sound a haircut or blowout would’ve been the perfect excuse to NOT take care of myself and workout. Looking back on it sounds kind of crazy but it’s true...any of you out there use this as your excuse...I’ll be honest and maybe a little harsh here but it doesn’t matter how good you look on the outside of you don’t take care of the inside with proper nutrition and exercise...just sayin’ Not too late to get into my January group...stop being tired of being sick and tired of how you look and feel. So today was no better with the threenager. 😫(everyone seems to be going through the same thing which makes me feel a little better🙋) He just tried all day to get a reaction out of me! I kindly obliged. 🙈 This was late this arvo and it was for me to get the endorphins going and to give him some fun. He loves it! It's also Day 10 of the countdown so we had a good ol dance party to some Christmas tunes as our little Christmas treat. (Snippet in second vid😉🕺) If you want to try the workout: 20 reps of each exercise (on each leg) for at least 3 rounds! 👊 (Baby also refused to sleep today!) (Had wine and chocolate for dinner 😴)

I have always been one of those people who let one day of eating 💩 turn into two and then a week and then a month and then i would step on the scale or try on my clothes and be all depressed and angry that i let myself get to that point! I mean who is with me on this? I would eat, feel badly, get depressed and that cycle would go on and on until i literally gained 100lbs. I can remember it starting with Halloween candy and just kept going because i always had an excuse; like oh it’s so and sos birthday party or thanksgiving is coming oh wait it’s Chanukah and then Christmas and then New Years. I would, in my mind, let it go by saying I’ll start January 1st..well Jan 1st would come and go and still nothing. Don’t let the holidays be your crutch or excuse to just let it go. When i stepped on the scale that Jan 1st i was 240lbs (I’m 5’2”) and man was that depressing and defeating and sad all wrapped up into one package. I was shopping at Lane Bryant wearing 3x and 24w...i mean come on I can help you because i understand the constant struggle and btw i still struggle. It’s always gonna be work but my support and motivation groups, even on days when i felt like giving up, came from an amazing group of ladies cheering me on everyday and an easy nutrition plan. There is an awesome group coming up in a few weeks with a brand new program. If you commit to nutrition and at home workouts for 80 days, that’s just a few short months, you will see some amazing results. So don’t wait for the holidays commit now! Who else loves #musclememory ?????? One week back training and eating properly and I’ve got #babyabscomingin I know the fitness industry is plagued with hidden eating disorders but for me the structure and routine keeps mine in check and me thriving. Yes it does take time out of my day for morning cardio and training later. But quite frankly not as much time as binging on bags of food and then hanging over the toilet to purge it all out and then lying on a couch with zero energy full of self loathing and hate too exhausted to do anything creative let alone write anything worth reading. I am so proud of myself. This year I beat every negative thing in my life. With the support of my family ❤️ First I beat breast cancer and I got my genetics results all clean. I wanted lose my baby weight and with the help of deanprincefitness . He is the best coach ever🙏🏼 First of all he believed in me, he talked to me every day , he pushed me every single day. But we got what we wanted. I am a married women with 15 months old baby and full time worker. If I do this everyone can do it. Things doesn’t happen over night.
