I'm crazy about noodles especially vegetables,also about falafels. And why not to combine all together!? • {Baked vegetable noodles with crunchy falafels} • INGREDIENTS: 200gr chickpeas 1/2 red onion 1 bunch coriander 1 tablespoon cumin 50gr flour 1 lemon 2 zucchini 3 carrots 2 eggs 2 tablespoons sour cream 30gr cheese DIRECTIONS: •(Falafel) •In blender add chickpeas,onion, coriander, lemon juice from 1 lemon, salt and pepper,flour and cumin. Mix all very well and form little balls. Fry them in pan for 10 min •(vegetable noodles) •Zucchini and carrots cut with spiral slicer. In salt water cook carrots for 5 min and last min add zucchini. In other bowl mix eggs and sour cream with salt and pepper. When noodles are ready decant them, put in the casserole and pour them with eggs and cream. Sprinkle with some cheese and bake them in the oven for 20 min at 180'C • I hope you would enjoy this crunchy, chesse dish, and I wish you good day! 🌻

Flexible dieting 🥣🍫 What you see about flexible dieting is people eating junk food with a 6 pack and it gives the impression that there is a secret way to eat shit and stay in shape... NO NO NO! Flexible dieting is an inclusive diet, nothing is off limits and most diets restrict food or food groups which is sometimes easier and better for people to stick to by reducing the options they have of foods to eat. However just because you CAN have it doesn’t mean you SHOULD have it as the same rules apply for all diets cals in vs cals out. Now if you have ever done flexible dieting or IFFYM you will know that it is IMPOSSIBLE to eat these so called ‘junk’ foods in high amounts and frequently. You end up blowing carbs & fats and end up having lower protein so you’re not following the diet any you’re now just eating too many calories from shit foods.
