Red face at its best! Hashtag no filter 😋 Felt so good to get back to the gym today! Started 10 min walking on the treadmill, 30 min killing it on the elliptical and then a 15 min cool down on the treadmill. I think this is by far the best cardio day I’ve had, my face was read and hair and clothes drenched with sweat.
