Meal prepping used to intimidate me. I would get overwhelmed just thinking about it. With both Dustin & myself working full time, it really has become a lifesaver. We get into less fights about who’s turn it is to make dinner or what to eat for that matter, we spend less money by not going out to lunch (I was doing that almost daily!) and we just have fun trying out new recipes without the stress of getting it done at a decent time during the work week. Here are some of my tips for successful meal prepping! •Make it fun! Play some upbeat music, light a candle, etc. •Start small. Focus on replacing one meal you would normally eat out with a prepped meal. •Use interchangeable foods. I always prep chicken sausages because I can use them for all mealtimes. I also make quinoa and veggies for the week and will use them in different meals. •No need to spend more than 1 hour meal prepping! You’ll get tired and stop doing it in the future! Bolo de banana e nozes 🚫glúten, 🚫lactose e 🚫açúcar. Pode ser preparado no forno, frigideira ou na airfryer 😉. Ingredientes: 🔺2 ovos 🔺2 colheres de sopa de iogurte natural zero lactose 🔺1 banana média amassada com o garfo (usei prata) 🔺4 colheres de sopa de farinha de amêndoas 🔺1 colher de sopa de farinha de linhaça dourada 🔺1 colher de sopa de farinha ou farelo de aveia sem glúten 🔺3 colheres de sopa de eritritol ou outro adoçante natural 🔺1 colher de sopa rasa de psyllium 🔺1 colher de chá rasa de canela em pó 🔺2 colheres de sopa de nozes quebradas 🔺1 colher de chá de fermento químico em pó 🔺 1 banana em rodelas Bata os ovos, a banana amassada e o iogurte, acrescente os secos deixando o fermento por último. Usei uma forma pequena e quadrada antiaderente, untei com óleo de coco, dá para usar forminhas de muffins também 😉. Despeje a massa e coloque as rodelas de banana por cima, por último polvilhe um pouco de canela em pó.
