#pistolprogression Assisted Bench Pistols: 1️⃣ Fasten kitchen towel around your foot and hold onto either end. 2️⃣ As you lower your hips to a bench or chair, keep arms and leg in front of you, in line with your hips. 3️⃣ Either come to sitting or lightly touch butt to bench, right before exploding back up to standing position. 💦Try for 3 sets of 10 on each side 👣Mobility/Range of Motion practice in the ankles and hips is a must for nailing the Pistol Squat! *Place feet together, drop hips down to almost ground level. This will give you a good idea at how much (or how little) range of motion is in those joints. 👆🏼Before doing Pistol movements make sure you have that full depth and range!

Muy Buen día para todos!!! 👋🏼👋🏼 Sábado como te quiero 😍 y para arrancar una mañana Hermosa un Desayuno tan fresco y lindo como el día 😄☀️✨CHIA PUDDING ✨ Súper fácil de hacer y con muchas propiedades necesarias para nuestro cuerpo 👉🏼 En una taza colocan una cucharada de chia y le agregan 1/2 taza de leche de Almendras greenfoodmakers , también pueden usar la común pero la leche de almendras tiene muchas propiedades además de ser muy rica. Lo dejan reposar toda la noche y por la mañana le agregan frutas en la base, en mi caso tenia Duraznos frescos, por encima el Chia Pudding. Como Topping 👉🏼Almendras picadas fitfruits_natural_energy y un poco más de duraznos 🍑 Una opción sumamente fresca, rica y una gran idea para los veganos.
