My favorite workout ever--Hammer ConditioningThis routine is based on compound exercises {movements that use more than one muscle at one time} so you feel the burn everywhere and I mean that literally! That also means you burn a lot more calories than doing isolation exercises {movements that only use one muscle}Wanna try it to experience the burn?Do 12 reps each move for a total of 2 rounds...so each exercise should be done for a total of 24 reps.
