my nightsnack 😊. yes, i did eat all of it, and yes it was the BEST THING I HAVE EVER TASTED! really put me in the christmas spirit 🤗. unknown calories, but i was so distracted by the actual sweets that i didn’t/don’t care about that 😄. consisted of: thin waffle thingy, five sugar cookies, two peanut butter thumb print cookies, two coconut key lime bars, two brownie brittles, two mini pecan pie croissant tarts, two almond ball things (idk), and two thicc toffee bark with pecans inside 😍😍. best night snack ever! and my neighbor baked them me! i’m so happy i accepted them because it was so worth it 😄👌

I had an amazing lunch with my mom today! Finished my first 2 exams today and now 4 left to go!😁lunch was at a local all vegan restaurant, as a starter we got spring rolls w/ the best cashew filling and peanut dressing. I got the kale ceased which has a walnut dressing, crunchy fried chickpeas, and cashew parmesan and she got the Thai salad. 😋 . . . . . Today’s eats. . Morrisons salad bar pesto pasta (ate more than pictured) . Fries and sausage rolls (only ate two, and a couple of fries), after I cooked them I realised I didn’t actually want them. . Snacked on nuts, chicken, potato chips too though so this wasn’t all. I just thought I’d ought to post something. . 10/10 recommend the pasta! 14/12/17 - craving this Oreo muffin I had a few weeks back 🌨😫 It's funny how a photograph can hide so much, while I really enjoyed this muffin, I had starved myself for a week with super low calories so I could "enjoy" this muffin that I bought on Sunday. And even so, I still felt guilty when I bought it 🦄 It's time to end this guilt and just enjoy all the food I buy and eat, and not feel like I have to exercise or restrict in order to eat it 💫

And if you weigh yourself one morning and the scale pops up (even after a "perfect" day of eating), it does not mean you gained fat. Your weight will constantly go up and down and left and right for no other reason than you're putting things in and squeezing them out of your body on a daily basis. - ☕️Truth is, losing weight is easy. You can get the scale to say you weigh less by sitting in a hot tub and sweating for 15min. You can lose weight by cutting salt and carbs from your diet so your body holds onto less water. And you lose weight every time you pee and poop and even on those special occasions when you do both at the same time. - 🍆Focusing on your weight is a surefire way to set yourself up for failure and disappointment. Not allowing yourself to be happy until you reach your "goal weight" will screw with your head and emotions and do more harm than good. - 🦄By all means, use the scale as a tool. But you need to remember the scale means NOTHING compared to how you look and feel. The scale is not always indicative of fat loss (or gain). And if you mainly focus on trying to move the scale, you'll end up looking for short-term fixes instead of long-term solutions. - 🍓If your goal is to lose fat, focus less on moving the scale and more on hitting your calories and protein. Strength train 2-4x/week. And be flexible with your diet. Because progress comes from consistency, not rigidity.
