🥗 UN PLAT SANS FÉCULENT ET FAIBLE EN SUCRE 🥗 Pour réguler son taux de sucre, avoir une belle silhouette et une peau nette Un petit plat #vegan (même si je ne le suis pas, en manger de temps en temps ne fait pas de mal) sans féculents et à #igbas 💚 ce sont des plats idéaux et gourmands (pour moi 🤤 l’aspect le plus important) pour se rassasier et abaisser le taux de sucre trop présent dans nos assiettes. 🥗 la mâche est parfaite pour se rassasier 🍅 la lycopène présent dans la tomate te permettra d’avoir une belle peau et le soja (pas trop qd même) te donnera la bonne part de protéine. ❤️Voilà voilà les amis, belle fin de semaine. 👩🏻‍🍳 RECETTE - mâche - tomates coupées en dés - graines de courge - steak de soja au gingembre frit à la poêle - vinaigrette : moutarde, jus de citron et huile d’olive 🍋sans sucre et sans lactose pour un corps beau et sain 🍋

Une bien belle journée d'anniversaire en famille pour les 4 ans de ma princesse sur le thème Halloween !
