No pics of my dinner last night but I had a fab time! I had the ravioli for main (guessing 25sp) & a bottle AND another glass of wine 🙈 which takes me to -1 weekly, avoided any other food thankfully but this place was seriously yummy 😋 off to weigh in now 👍🏻

Cinnamon & Cookie Crumbs Whole Wheat Pancake 🍯🥞 #dessert . •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Ingredients : 🥞4 tbsp of whole wheat flour. 🥞1 large egg (in room-temperature). 🥞1 tbsp of palm sugar. 🥞1 tbsp of Stevia. 🥞1/2 tsp of baking powder. 🥞3 pinches of Cinnamon (optional). 🥞1 tsp of Rum (for baking/cooking purposes only) (optional). 🥞1 tbsp of water (in room-temperature/slightly warm). 🥞a piece of store-bought (any brands) oat cookie •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Steps : 1) Activate the baking powder by mixing it with water. Then, stir it gently until "bubbles" start to forming on the surface of the mixture.Such process indicates that the baking powder is activated. 2) Make the liquid mixture by combining the egg, sugars (palm sugar & stevia), rum and the activated baking powder. 3) Pour the dry ingredients ; whole wheat flour and cinnamon powder into the liquid mixture. Next, stir it until it’s well-combined(no more lumps appear). 4)Heat the slightly-oiled pan over a very low heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto it.
