Wandering Thoughts 94 / Grumpy Mood You know those days when you wake up happier than usual? Those days where everything seems brighter and you can feel your body vibrating at a higher frequency? On the other hand, you also know the opposite feeling. The days when everything is an excuse for you to become annoyed. You don't know exactly why but for some reason, you want to punch everything (and everyone) in your way. When I was younger, I remember going through a ton of different states of mind in a span of a couple hours but that's probably just puberty talking. Now, these mood swings are more toned down which makes it a bit harder to detect. Special when you get grumpy. There are special situations where I get a bit too serious and into a weird state. That mood can sometimes get into my subconscious and I end up carrying in with me into other parts of my life. Have you ever catch yourself in this type of mood and wondered: "Why am I even feeling like this?" At this point, I think the ego kicks in. You acknowledge that you are in this weird mood but somehow you cannot let go of it. It's a pretty weird mechanism. We want to be consistent and we will maintain a certain mood even if it warms us. This attitude can be quite painful in relationships. I found two ways that help me to snap out of this mood. Simply externalize this inner conversation, by acknowledging it in an actual conversation. Or by breaking the mood with a joke or being silly. It helps me to put things into perspective and remember that life is to short to feel grumpy. ------------ Follow Road Delta for more content on self development 😉

We get the comment all the time - “that person is not inflexible” 😤😖🤦🏻‍♂️ This is a place, a community, where people come to get inspiration and tools/exercises to become more flexible. We are all “inflexible” in that we can ALWAYS be more flexible in body and mind. We are all always on the journey. But how do we get there? How do we get there FASTER? Amazing. ----- I practice this every day! #Repost maxandlizacro ・・・ Manifestation may seem like an esoteric concept, but it is really quite simple. When you have a problem, or any kind of issue, what do you focus on? You can focus on a few things, the “good”, the “bad”, what you learned, etc. To manifest, you want to think about the solution. And you need to be really specific with how you direct your energy. . . Recently, I have been cutting everything out of my life that is fake - people, products, etc. Unfortunately, one of the first things to go was my deodorant. It’s on a very porous area and toxins can leach into your body fast. I say “unfortunately” because I workout for 4+ hours a day, not including teaching :( Anywho, for months I was focusing on finding a deodorant that aligned with my health goals and kept me from smelling. And then - poof - sprucenaturals literally fell into my lap. It was everything I had wanted and I have been smelling good ever since. . . This is just one of HUNDREDS of examples. Actually, the biggest example would probably be Liz waltzing into my life ❤ . . What do you focus on when an obstacle comes your way? What do you tell the universe? Do you focus on what’s going wrong and attract more?
