Creamy garlic pasta with roasted tomatos What you need 3 cups of tomatoes (I used normal tomatoes but you should use grape tomatoes) 10 ounces of pasta Olive oil 2 medium onions 8 large cloves of garlic Sea salt Black pepper 3-4 tablespoons of flour (*or another thickener of choice) 2 1/2 cups of milk How you do it Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut the tomatoes and put on parchment paper with olive oil and sea salt. Bake for 20 minutes while you prepare the rest of the food. Then set aside. Bring a large bowl of water to boil and cook pasta according to package instructions. When done drain, cover and set aside. In the meantime prepare the sauce. In large skillet over medium to low heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and garlic and onion. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and stir frequently cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant. Stir in 3-4 tablespoon of flour (or more if you want it thicker) and mix with a whisk. Once combine slowly whisk in the milk a little at a time so plump stop for him. Add another healthy pinch of salt and pepper, bring to a simmer and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes to thicken. Add and adjust seasoning as needed. Once the sauce is your desired thickness, taste and I just seasoning as needed then add pasta and roasted tomatoes and stir. Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese!
