This contemporary Japanese delivers sophisticated menu that merges Japanese cuisine and Peruvian through creative and splendid twist, and the sashimi plate in the pic is the out come of this creation... Becoming a big fan of Peruvian cuisine these days especially with this phenomenal cuisine expanding world wide and getting big traction. Raymi is one of the high end Peruvian restaurants in NYC with delicious menu across all its sections. Found this great concept in West Village NYC...Baked donuts served warm from the oven with choice of toppings from different options like cookies n cream, cinnamon vanilla, blueberry, coconut n vanilla, etc... Then they cut the donut in half and stuff it with ice cream... Extremely delicious and saves some fat and calories, wish we could have similar concept in Dubai... #cravingnewyork #cravingnyc

Some of the amazing dishes to try sushisamba in NYC. Yellow tail tacos with relish, lime, guacamole and spicy sauce, this was extremely delicious with balanced flavors. The seared Tuna slices with special Japanese sauce, the slice melts in your mouth with great kick from the sauce. And finally the chicken teriyaki on bed of Peruvian purple potato mash and drizzled with teriyaki sauce with Peruvian twist, this was Divine . Last stop in NYC before returning back to DUBAI was at the stunning Morimoto lounge and bar at the meatpacking district. Japanese restaurant with trendy upscale decoration and huge iconic ceiling to bottom glass bottles wall. The place enjoys a great vibe with great menu giving you a creative twist to the Japanese traditional dishes and sushi rolls. The Taco Truck- Hoboken City.As the name says it, small cozy restaurant in Hoboken specialized in Mexican food with Tacos the heart of its menu. The place is small yet has a character and vibe. Atmosphere is very chilled and laid back and worth a visit for a quick bite after a long cruise on Hoboken Pier. The staff are friendly, service is good and fast. The signature cronut dominiqueansel bakery shop in SOHO NY from the world famous pastry chef Dominique Ansel. Probably this is the most famous and craved for pastry in whole NY, had to queue for 40 min in -12 weather to have a taste of this one. They only produce 200 a day and one flavor every month, usually they run out of these at 9:00am, but this cherry Cronut was worth every second of wait and shiver , the texture of the dough was perfect filled with morello Cherry and toasted almond cream and drizzled with vanilla sugar, it was perfect.Rate: 8.5/10 #cravingnewyork #cravingnyc

Lunch at Fig and Olive one of the excellent restaurants in Manhattan at the meatpacking district and some other locations. Classy vibe with great ambient and serving delicious Mediterranean menu. The food quality, presentation and taste was superb across all their dishes. Some of the items are crunchy zucchini with Parmesan, pine nuts and olive oil, a great concept. For salads their take on Red quinoa salad was interesting with fresh vegetables, Apple and fig. Dominique Ansel Bakery- SOHO NYC.One of the most famous bakeries in the city and an icon in SOHO district. The Bakery has a variety of sweets from cakes, cookies, croissants and some other trade marks with their signature the famous Cronut which till today remains a secret recipe. To Taste the Cronut you have to wake up early and bear a long que around the shop corner sometimes lasts for hours. BareBurger @ 46th st- NYC.A new burger joint concept proud to be organic, sustainable and all natural not the kind of junk burgers out there. The chain is spread across NYC and newly opened in Hoboken. The place is truly unique and has a good vibe and laid back character. The set up and mood is just amazing and far off from the conventional burger places. The menu has a lot to offer from custom maid burger topping And you get to choose your type of bread and meat or you can do your entire burger. They also have option of burger lettuce wrap to avoid extra carbs from the bread. A very interesting concept indeed taking burgers to new dimension but does the taste rise to their promise. Hakkasan- NewYorkThe menu at Hakkasan has a lot of incredible and creative main courses with twist to each one of them. You can either go for the chef tasting menu or pick the dish you want form the menu. We went for 3 item:1- black cod fish with truffles.The fish literally melts in your mouth, seared beautifully and cooked to perfection and the truffles adds amazing complementary flavor and the boosts the taste perfectly. One of the best cod fish had so far in any fine dine lounge.2- Scallops with shiitake mushroom and bamboo shoots. The scallops here as good as the cod, perfect cooking time and seasoned very well, the mushroom adds flavors to the dish with unbelievable taste.3- Vegetarian noodles with wild mushrooms.
