Crema de vegetales #veggies #chefrankarevalo #soup #cheflife #restauranteur #tvhost #chefsofinstagram Ingredientes 2 zanahorias 1 cebolla 1 taza de espinacas 1 papa 1 zuccinni 4 onzas de queso mozzarella 6 onzas de crema Sal y pimienta al gusto Procedimiento: Vamos a cortar en trozos los vegetales y los pondremos en una olla a cocer, empezando por los de estructura fuerte como las papas y las zanahorias, cinco minutos después agregamos las espinacas, la cebolla y el zuccinni por 4 minutos más, retiramos los vegetales y los ponemos en la licuadora con un poco del caldo de la olla, licuamos y devolvemos a la olla, agregamos el queso mozzarella y la crema salpimentando al gusto, dejamos a fuego medio a que los sabores se unifiquen.

Easy Peasy Chicken Curry! 😍🙌 ******* Recipe: 4 chicken breasts Mushrooms Onion Peppers Frozen peas 1 tin of tomatoes 2-3 tbls of Curry powder (any Curry powder you like) 2 cloves of crushed garlic 1 tsp of cumin 1 tsp of turmeric Half a tsp of ginger Half a tsp of salt 1 chicken stock pot (mix with 50ml of water) ******* Method, Cook up chicken and veg in rapeseed oil spray (drain any excess water) then add all your ingredients (no particular order) add frozen peas at the end and voila!So yum! I served with cauliflower rice (Green Isle brand) bought in the frozen section in Dunnes Stores.

★ Pot Roast with Baby Vegetables ★ Ingredients : 3 to 5 pound top beef chuck roast, trimmed of excess fatSeasoned salt and lemon pepper1 onion, peeled and halved1 carrot, whole1 cup beef broth, low sodium2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce2 garlic cloves, whole1 rosemary sprig2 thyme sprigs1 pound new red potatoes1 cup baby carrots1 cup boiling or pearl onions1 cup baby squash, such as pattypan and zucchini1 cup button mushrooms, stems removedKosher salt Directions : Sprinkle roast with seasoned salt and lemon pepper to taste. Place onion and carrot in the bottom of a 5 or 6 quart crockery cooker. Lay the meat on top of the vegetables. Pour in the broth and Worcestershire sauce. Season with garlic, rosemary and thyme. Cover and set dial to low-heat. Allow to gently simmer for 5 to 6 hours. Remove the cover and add the baby vegetables around the roast. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and continue to cook covered on low-heat for an additional 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
