I’m going #beastmode and loving it. Seeing the #transformation is inspiring to keep pushing forward. I do the same workout every other day. 💪🏻 It’s full body and intense. One week into a new program and I’m feeling so much better. I have more energy, less cravings, and gaining confidence every day. Sure, it’s been hard. I’ve wanted to skip a workout or go get a greasy burger and fries. But, I haven’t. Every time that happens, I try to make a healthy version of my craving and THAT is a win in my book. For example, I wanted chinese food tonight and I made a stir fry with garlic chicken that was meal plan approved. There’s something about inspiring myself that feels SO good. Go sweat, friends. 💥BEST CARDIO FOR FAT LOSS💥 . Truth is, there isn’t a specific type of cardio that is “best” for fat loss... . Yes, it’s true that some forms of cardio or exercise burns more calories than others, but that’s typically because that cardio equipment / exercise is simply harder and requires more energy output. . So what is the “BEST” type of cardio for fat loss? Answer⬇️ . The cardio that YOU ENJOY MOST! . Whether that’s doing sprints, walking on an inclined treadmill, biking, swimming, playing basketball, having sex, etc.... . There are HUNDREDS of ways to burn extra calories to help put you in a caloric deficit and lose weight! Stick to the one you enjoy and would be willing to do the most of. . For my cutting phase, I will be doing cardio about 3 times a week. 2 days will be playing full court basketball, 1 day will be a HIIT Cardio workout or Running on a treadmill / track. . If my fat loss stalls, I’ll ether drop my calories or increase the “cardio” I’m doing. But remember... . You MUST be in a CALORIC DEFICIT to lose any weight at all!
