Ladies, on your lower calorie days (3-4 per week) you need to choose foods that fill you up as much as possible for the calories they contain. On our plans, the day after each low calorie day is a high calorie day, and on those days you don’t have to be as careful with your food choices. But the lower calorie days require smart choices. If you can master the art of getting through your lower calorie days without being hungry, the rest of the diet is easy because they’re all higher calorie days that can include treats. So, focus on learning how to minimise hunger on your lower calorie days - and you do this by choosing mostly protein and veg / salad / fruit. You will be amazed how filling these low calorie meals can be. And always remember that we don’t make you do low calorie days for weeks on end - the most you’ll ever do is 2 low calorie days in a row, and usually it’s just one low calorie day at a time. When you know that you only need to get through one lower calorie day, and then the next day you’re going to be able to enjoy a high calorie day, dieting becomes much easier psychologically. And if you can leaner to switch hunger off with big protein and veg / fruit meals, the diet is also physically easy. Give one lower calorie day a try with the right types of foods and see what happens. It’s only one day! Today's Macros~ I went over my calories by 114..and you know what?? Its all good!! YES, I enjoyed a French Bread Pizza 🍕this evening..and NO I don't regret it. . Who doesn’t love peanut butter!? . First off, you can eat either one of these whether you are bulking or cutting. . For cutting, you need to be in a caloric deficit. Which means you have less calories to work with. A good option so you can save calories for other great food would be PB2 because it is very low in calories. . For bulking, you need to be in a caloric surplus. This means you have more calories to work with.
