I've been keeping up with my goal this week of getting enough calcium each day! I was actually doing a lot better than I thought! Calcium is abundant in plant foods. This simple breakfast is packed with calcium thanks to the oats (187 mg), tahini (64mg per TB), molasses (~100mg per TB) and the calcium fortified califiafarms almond milk I cooked the oats in (200mg).
