So your stomach and elbows are resting on the back pad, knees on the seat. The most common complaint I get from my clients is that they hate their arms. They aren't confident enough to wear tank tops or bikinis, and they wear long sleeve shirts to cover up their "arm flab". You know, the part that hangs down when you raise your arms out to the side. lol but don't worry, this is totally fixable by building muscle in that area. These 2 exercises directly target the triceps (back of the arms) 1st exercise- tricep extensions using a cable (tip- keep your elbow close to your body the entire time. Do not move it forward or backward or out to the side) 2nd exercise- lying tricep extensions (again, keep the elbow sturdy) Give these a try and tag someone who wants to tone their arms👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

Part 1: Warm up with resistance band 🚩So lately I've been experimenting with resistance bands. I've read and researched about doing a leg workout but not feeling sore after. It's been almost 5 weeks since I started using resistance bands before leg or bum workout and I kid you not I'm always sore 2 -3 days after! It's amazing! 🚩These are simple exercises that really fire up the glutes. You can do them in various directions. Resistance bands are great for glute activation ! 🚩So are your glutes sore after your workout? If you are, which I think you will!! Lol 😝 this is a great sign the glutes have been activated. Cable Side Kicks 🍑 . Want another exercise for your glutes? This little exercise works the glutes via abduction rather than hip extension like most exercises. . Although hip extension should make up most of your movements, this exercise places emphasis on the external rotators. Not only is this a new stimulus for your booty, it's actually great for hip biomechanics and sports / running. . Very simple to perform, hit 10-12 reps then swap sides. I've found that one heavy glue day and 3 to 4 light booty finishers at the end of the rest of my workouts are the best recipe for a nice round peach! 🍑 Took me years to figure this out lol so now that you know the secret ladies, go hit those glutes hard for one day and then do lightweight booty exercises at the end of each of the rest of your workouts. Something like bodyweight lunges, reverse cable kickbacks, or jump squats! Try it out and tell me how it goes!
