(Hoy no puedo ni moverme 😅) Este entrenamiento estuvo enfocado en cuadriceps, femorales y glúteos. Incluimos estas bandas de alta resistencia, con el fin de aumentar la intensidad y darle variedad al Workout. the ultimate lazy girl booty workout 🍑 i’m reporting live to tell you that my bootaayy is already sore from this and i didn’t even have to put on shoes for this one 😅 think you can handle this lazy workout lol?! legit hopped out of bed, threw my workout clothes on, and made sure to #GetMySweatIn & so can you 💦 . . low intensity workout right here BUT super effective! make sure to squeeze your glutes and use them throughout each movement by focusing on pushing through your heels in the moves 😉 go get it done, babes! . . all moves are 3 rounds for 10 reps 👉🏼 don’t forget to do both sides for exercises in all supersets! rest for 30-45 seconds after each superset. . . superset = two different exercises done back to back with no rest in between each exercise! after completing both THEN you take a rest. . . save this + double tap if you thought it was helpful! happy peach building on this beautiful saturday 💚 . . p.s. please note how much of a savage my dog is ... chewing the little pillow i used! For this weeks lower body finisher I incorporated a box which I haven’t done in a while along with tempo squats. •4-3-1 squats have been a staple glute exercise, you’re going to lower for 4 seconds, hold for 3 & rise quickly, leaning forward targets the glutes more which is definitely what I want! •Box jumps- I stayed low on the landing •Prisoner Squats- these are so much harder than they seem and you can’t cheat them! •Resitance band glute bridges- I incorporate these into every single leg workout that I do because of how effective they are!
