Bench AMRAP set 65kg for 8 Left shoulder came off at the last rep OHP 1st set 40kg X 10. Not sure if right but sticking my head through ASAP once clear of head seems to make it move faster. Triceps were exhausted that I couldn't do my usual skullcrushers. #teamnoarms Slight DOMS in hip and low back but anecdotally, I "rebalance" core muscle tone/tension for no pain after trying to perform bi/Tri exercises as strict as possible. #broscience Mentally,trying not to think to overthink (causes anxiety and amplifies pain?) And be cautiously (safety 1st) optimistic (gainzzzzzz from last session) #powerlifting #weightlifting #smallwins

-Hello, how are you!? 👊👀👊 ------------------------------------------- -My name is Juan José, but you can call me Jo Jo since my actual name is hispanic (I think) and very hard to say out loud or even remember. -I am 16 years old, 5'5" - 5'6" and currently weighing 93 kg/205lbs. I started bulking up 2 years ago with this goal weight in my head. I started my bulk because due to self-hatred, I stopped eating and I started starving myself. I dropped weight pretty easily but in the wrong way, leaving me at 121 lbs (I used to weigh 176lbs/80kg before that and I had no muscle mass whatsoever) I started working out and bulking up so I could gain some strenght and size before cutting down and see the progress. But everytime I went to the gym, I was surrounded by positive people and lots of people that saw me struggling and were always trying to help me out with what they could. This had a huge impact on me. I fell in love with the weights in less than a month and started taking things seriously. I was eating clean. Broccoli, boiled chicken, sweet potatoes and oats in massive ammounts. I didn't know what I was doing but I was gaining mass. Over time I started looking around the internet and reading books on fitness, the human body, proper nutrition, reading bodybuilding magazines. Then I started implementing what I was learnin into my workout routine and meal plan and it got me to where I am today. I have helped people before with their workout routines and meal plans and they always trusted me and they all got results. This is when I realized I could help so many people with their fitness goals and since I have so much time on my hands that I usually would use to watch netflix, play videogames or just nap? I could cause a positive impact on human's life just by helping them out crush their fitness goals! I don't wanna grow old, look back on my life and see that I haven't accomplished anything. And I don't know how much longer will I be around. So I am starting now. I WANNA MAKE A CHANGE🤘 I WANNA SPREAD LOVE AND POSITIVITY👊🔝 I WANNA HELP THOSE WHO NEED HELP THE WAY I CAN🙈🤗
