Hench burger alert! .Smashed this together over the weekend. Was a busy one due to being on a course in London so needed the fix..For the pate mix I smashed together:1) half red onion 2)500g lean beef mince 3) Table spoon of red pesto 4) handful of spinach/chopped chilli.Topped this off with couple of slices of bacon and melted mozzarella with sliced avocado on top!.I had this with a baked sweet potato and salad but even better could be sweet potato frys!.
