A little MASH UP from my last three daily workouts! Heres the thing everyone 👇👇 You can be excited about day 80 in my 80 day transformation groups...but HELLO — there is no expiration date to your health journey! So often I get messages from people saying “if it doesn’t happen immediately forget it”. It just doesn’t work that way. When you’re talking about making real changes in your life, for the rest of your life your efforts have to match that desired outcome. Your results may not happen on your time frame but they ARE happening. All those transformation pictures in my “Fit Family Lifestyle” album on this page did not happen overnight. The daily habits were not hard, they were realistic and didn’t require anything extreme or anything near perfection. If you’re doing things to move towards true health and long lasting fitness changes, you have to focus on the proper direction to do that. The only way this isn’t going to happen or to make it not work is if you QUIT. Just because it doesn’t happen the first week, it doesn’t mean amazing things are not happening. Change has to happen from the inside out and you have to be aware of that. It’s a lot of organ and cellular work to shed fat and build muscle. You need to really think about what are you doing to make sure you are nutritionally feeding those cells and systems to do ALL that work!! Its truly about celebrating all the little changes that happen over and over that really add up to A LOT of results. So stop beating yourself up when on day 10 of your journey you don’t see day 80 results, for example. Or on month three you don’t see the results that whole year can give you. You have to give yourself time. Because, you need balance in your LIFE! 🧡Which means you need to put in the work to get what you want. We teach this to our kids ALLLLL the time. What do they need to do to earn that new toy? This is no different. What do you need to be doing to earn that health, fitness and internal happiness level you are seeking. Just like we tell our kids, earning something isn’t a once in a while thing, its an everyday thaaaang 🤗. Same with health-So lead that example!
