Monday Motivation 💪. . Supersetting exercises is my favourite way to keep intensity high and switch up my workouts! If you've reached a plateu in your training use this set technique to motivate you! . Exercises⬇. 1. Squat X Burpee with press up 2. Plank row X Mountain climber 3. Glute bridge X Crunch/Sit up. .
