1st set of horizontal pulls done last week Monday. Did 25 reps in this set. One can see some strain towards the end of the set but in my opinion, the form doesn't go too far off. In my later reps, you can see me pushing my hips up at the end of the rep this is a slight reminder for me to engage my hips for the next rep important for me especially when fatigue sets in. Overall pleased with my progress, especially on a caloric deficit. Off The Wall Flow: Spinal Inchworm & Wall Angel _ INCHWORM: working spinal flexion and extension, feet are comfortable distance away from wall, if you feel it push you over as you reach for your toes, step forward slightly to adjust, keep your butt against the wall, roll back up the wall, one vertebrae at a time, feet flat, pull that belly button into your spine as you roll back back. WALL ANGEL: 5 pts of contact through out entire mvmnt: butt, shoulder blades, head, elbows, hands/wrists. This year I'm moving up with some skills, and one of the most obvious way to do that is to go one arm, after training asymmetric first (going straight to one arm could have some serious risk of injury). Despise it's simplicity, I consider the regular full extended #abwheel a really hard feat (that I have not obtained yet), so this is going to be a though challenge. Being water 💦 It’s more important to me than ever that I refine the quality of movement. Every single thing that I do feeds into one another. Therefore, I try my best not to half ass anything.
