2x Bodyweight Back Squat!.I was so excited that I hit this for 6 reps for multiple sets today sanjosebarbell that I immediately texted Coach syattfitness thanking him for getting me this strong in such a short amount of time..Exactly TWO MONTHS ago, I was barely able to hit 150kg/330lbs for sets of THREE reps..Fast forward to now, I have literally DOUBLED my work capacity with double bodyweight back squats, hitting the same weight (150kg/330lbs) at the same bodyweight (75kg/165lb) for MULTIPLE sets of SIX reps, and it was EASY..What wizardry is this?!.You need to ask syattfitness to find out..Thanks again, Coach!.I’m only halfway through this month’s cycle so I’m pretty excited what I’ll end up hitting in 2 weeks..The heaviest I’ve ever hit volume-wise in my life on the back squat is 163kg/360lb when I was at a bodyweight of 82kg/181lb exactly ONE YEAR ago..I’m hoping to match that in two weeks, but only time will tell. . sanjosebarbell #sanjosebarbell #syattfitness #uspapower #powerlifting #doublebodyweight
