Bit of back rehab work with pretty_powerlifter today. andrewlockfunctionalrehab had me change my deadlift from conventional to sumo to move the strain away from my lower back. It's hard work learning the new movement but I'm enjoying it. Oh, and why am I topless? Only a strong man can handle a strong woman. A weak man will say she has an attitude. 💪🏼 Hallo meine Lieben, juhuuu wir haben heute #bergfest & heute Abend ist wieder Sport mit thebeastandhisblondie angesagt... kann es kaum erwarten, auch wenn es aktuell total überfüllt ist aber wir müssen ja nur bis Februar/März durchhalten, wenn die ersten ihre „guten Vorsätze fürs neue Jahr“ wieder in den Wind schießen 😂 Mein einziger Vorsatz für dieses Jahr ist: Gesund werden und bleiben - und ich finde, das ist ein richtig guter Vorsatz und mal wider aller Klischees der heutigen Gesellschaft. Des weiteren sollten wir alle mal anfangen uns kleinere Ziele zu stecken, so verlieren wir aufgrund der „einfacheren Erfolge“ nicht die Motivation und können uns schrittweise vorarbeiten bis das große Ziel in Reichweite ist ohne einen Durchhänger zu haben. Natürlich könnte ich jetzt beschließen, an mein altes Leben anzuknüpfen, mir meinen Sixpack zuzulegen, die 200 Kilo bei der Beinpresse zu stemmen und und und... aber wieder in meine alte Lieblingsjeans zu passen, 3 Kilometer am Stück ohne Krämpfe laufen & danach noch den Alltag bewältigen zu können, das ist doch auch ein enorm großer Schritt wenn man die Vergangenheit betrachtet und darauf bin ich stolz 💪🏼😊 deswegen arbeite ich weiter an mir und meinem Körper, denn schrittweise kommt man auch ans Ziel, zwar etwas später aber meist besser gelaunt als wenn man sich dauerhaft selbst unter Druck setzt 😉 #couplegoals #fitcouple #blondieandthebeast #mrandmrs #fitness #fitnesslifestyle #fitlife #bodybuilding #bodytransformation #fitfam #fitfamde #fitnessmotivation #workout #traintogetherstaytogether #slowprogressisbetterthannoprogress #strongnotskinny #like4like #follow4follow #lifestyle #goodlife #yeah #positivevibes #selfie #training #motivation #goals #hairgoals #blondie

Non fate caso ai miei orari, pranzo 🍴 con patata dolce 🍠 americana 250 grammi, broccoli 🥦, qualche zucchina e 150 grammi di pollo 🍗. Happy Hump Day! Only motivation I typically need to get my ass out of bed for my morning workout is knowing how great I’ll feel afterwards 👍🏻 No coffee or breakfast but I do take my pre-workout and believe in the benefits of BCAAs, which I drink during my workout (and trust me, I consume about 2 litres of H2O during every workout minimum) ~ and regardless if I’m hungry or not, breakfast pretty much immediately after I’m done 👍🏻 BPI has been my favourite ever since I first sampled it during Joe Weider's Olympia Fitness & Performance WKND with my son in Vegas two years ago ~ have tried others but it’s taste is hard to beat 🤙🏻... & since that was such an awesome weekend attaching some through-back pics as well as you don’t often get to shake hands with legends ~ tempus fugit 👍🏻 good thing, like a fine wine, I only get better with age lol 😂🤣😂 . #❤️myBPI #BPI #supplements #preworkout #fitness #goals #dowhatworksforyou #bodysculpting #weighttraining #happyhumpday #strength #loveforthesport #bodytransformation
